His numbers dont even compare to Gree's, Plumer's, Brady's, or Hasselback's.......

McNair was selected as a sub for Plummer.
 
Yeah McNair had a horrible year. It's probably more as a tribute to this being his last (hopefully) season. Worthlessberger probably turned the Pro Bowl down because he was too busy shaving his mane.

They should do away with the Pro Bowl. Nobody watches it on TV, the stadium is half-empty and none of the players want to go after a long season.

You'd think the NFL, which has been masterful at promoting its product, would find a way to make the Pro Bowl interesting. But given that it's mainly a ceremonial thing to honor both deserving and undeserving black players, I'm glad almost nobody is interested in it.
 
An 82.4 QB rating with 16 td passes. Yeah, that's all-pro numbers right there.

Compared to Drew Brees...89.2 QB rating and 24 TD passes.

Brees deserved it more than McNair.
 
Brees dislocated his right shoulder in the Chargers' last game and underwent surgery or is about to, so that ended any chance of making the Pro Bowl. Not that he necessarily would have gotten in ahead of McNair anyway; after all how many quarterbacks have ever mastered an offense centered around three-yard passes to tight ends the way McNair has?
