Eh, I've never been much a fan of Shockey. While I appreciate his play(when its not against the Skins), his very brashness does come off as something the classless black players are all about. Its a no-win for white players. If he were black, he'd get a press conference to talk sh*t, like Chad Johnson. I don't want to hear it from any player, white or black.

Shockey's comments were a topic of discussion on the ESPN pre-game show. Tom Jackson had some advice for Jeremy Shockey - "Shut up, just Shut up"and Jaws had to chime in as well "Let your play on the field do the talking"

Dan Patrick was chattering about the situation of the team losing respect for the coach. He wondered if --fining-- Shockey for his comments would help restore order to the team. So typical.
