I thought race was just a social construct that doesn't actually exist. Now we're supposed to use it for hiring? So very, very confusing.

No they won't EVER stop and this is something we should never forget.
They won't quit when when we become a minority in the country-(e.g. they name us "dominant minority" in Texas and California) Don't forget the race problem is actually the white problem..i.e. Whites and their civilization still exist(or what is left of it).
