Head condoms?

What are those head condoms all of the black players are wearing? I never see those on a white guy. Is it a religious or cultural thing like sticking plates in your lips?

Note: if I was playing against those sweat hogs I would insist on a full body one.

Remember years ago when wearing shower caps was the in thing for blacks? Their clothing styles even their suits make them look like clowns, but according to the media everything they do and wear is cool.
