While channel surfing I ran across coverage of Time's Square, with the ball dropping and all that. Seems this year they herded everyone into pens, then didn't let them out, even to use the bathroom, while armed security strutted about protecting them.

I thought, what a perfect metaphor for how submissive Americans circa 2015 have become. Then I realized it wasn't a metaphor, it was reality. But everyone seemed really happy and festive anyway.

It's all good, right?

Happy New Year guys and gals. It feels like a century since the last time I was in this place. If I am not mistaken it was 2013 or so. I didn't even remember what email or password I used back then so I made a new account.

During these almost 2 years a lot of things happened in my life, especially on a professional level. I had the chance to travel in 19 countries and spend 87 days in the United States and another 44 in the UK. I reconsidered a few things about a couple of things but I've become more aware than ever before. The good thing is that I can serve the cause of our kind's survival from a different position (a more sophisticated with greater access to more people) but I am sure we will discuss some of these things in time if the owner of this site won't ban me again for pointing out his obvious crush on Serena Williams :grin:

PS. In case some didn't understand yet, I am "Zeus" and I honestly don't remember anyone by name at this point except Carcharias because I've seen over 100 hours of free boxing thanks to his awesome links and a guy with Marcel Cerdan in his avatar simply because his views on race and society were some of the best I've ever read in this place.

I hope we can all enjoy my "new ride" in the site for as long as it lasts anyway....
