I kind of like the long hair for White Defensive players too. It is kind of Vikingesque. It kind of brings me back to my younger days when guys with stringy hair like Steve McMichael were beating up opposing players. Of course Mongo's hair never really was as long as some of these guys, but it was long enough to make him look like a wild man. Or maybe that was just the booze LOL!

I like it because it's different and look like a bad ass, usually im a fan of clean shaven guys but once in a while its nice to see white players sporting the long hair in a rebellious sort of way.

Yeah it reminds me of a Viking. More White guys should sport longer hair, but personally I don't like having long hair myself, it is too much to keep up with for me, I like to have short hair, but i do have a beard and usually keep it the same length of my hair, usually a number 2 clipper, but long hair works for some. We Whites should be proud of the type of hair we have. So many younger kids go for the wigger look. I don't mind short hair as I have it myself and am not trying to have a black hairstyle, but sometimes younger people try to mimic short black hair styles and sport the type of thin line beards blacks usually have. Some get tans and try to keep their hair extremely short and pretend they can't grow it out because it will be nappy, which is ridiculous, you can tell they are White and their hair will grow out fine if they wanted it too.Edited by: dwid

Long hair works if you have thin hair, but if you have thick hair like me it's just a mess lol

Titans in Oilers uniform.

I was never a fan of teams wearing throwback unis once or twice or more a season just for the heck of it. Makes me wonder what point the franchise is trying to prove. Although I watched a couple of Flyers games last season when they were wearing their 73-74/74-75 unies from the Stanley Cup years. Thought they looked really cool and those uniforms should have been stuck with rather than the unies the FlyGuys have as their "standard" uniform now.
