strength. In a traditional test of athleticsm, the bench press,
Rychalk has set new standards. He is currently the world record
holder with a bench press of 1005 pounds.

Gene Rychlak Jr. is 6'1 345lbs and can bench press 1,005lbs!!He says he "drinks gallons of milk every day" like Doug Hepburn and Paul Anderson.Rychlak is a very powerful man!!

Garry Frank was voted by the computer as one of the top 4 powerlifters of all-time along with Paul Anderson,Don Rienhoudt and Bill Kazmaier. Garry is 6'3 380lbs. He got a football/track scholarship to Mississippi State-ran the 40 yard dash in 4.7 at 300lbs! His totals in powerlifting were world records. Drafted by Denver in the NFL. He now trains young lifters. Garry Frank was a very powerful man.Bruce Wilhelm,Pat Casey,Terry Todd,Jon Cole,Ken Patera and Doug Hepburn were all SUPER STRONG!!
