There are no checks and balances on the corporate media cartel. Back in 1994, ABC reporter Cokie Roberts was caught pretending to stand in front of the Capitol Building for a report when she was actually in an ABC studio. One can only imagine how widespread fake reports like the one from North Korea are now. Yes, some kind of video is presented, and we see a flickering light move about. Can anyone independently verify this? No. The political purposes for a story like this should be obvious. VERY likely a completely fake story. The video is probably some stock-file footage produced to keep up this "getting ready for North Korea" story the Government of the United States of America are telling the world right now.
