Thanks for the assessment of Pogba's performance.
Well, in a variation of the universal aphorism, you can take the man out of the Balkans but you can’t take the Balkans out of the man. These rakija-swilling poseurs are always banging on about f**ing each other’s mothers, sisters, aunts, nieces, cousins, grandmothers, and dogs - customarily emphasised by ostentatiously holding their own crotches as they thrust them towards the recipients of that highly original insult. In reality, most of them are married to - and copulating with - their own cousins…
As I’ve mentioned in the past, the most numerous “minorities” around which I grew up were Macedonians (that is, “North Macedonian” Slavs) followed by Croatians. Unsurprisingly enough, I couldn’t stand the lot of them due to their clannish, ethnocentric mentalities, and their general dislike and disrespect of Anglo-Celts. As I used to say to them: “If you love Macedonia and Croatia [back then, of course, it was all “Yugoslavia”] so much, then what the f**k are you doing here in Australia? Oh, I know: you’re here because your parents emigrated from backward, underdeveloped, poverty-stricken s@*!#holes and are now milking workers’ compensation funds and the Australian public purse with their “bad backs” and other bogus “injuries” that supposedly and conveniently prevent them from working. You obviously don’t like us but - guess what? - the feeling is mutual so you can piss off back to the Balkans, and all…”.
Yes, I was always a popular fellow amongst the “Yugoslavs”, who were all big mouths and clenched fists when they were confronting someone while backed up by a howling gang of their seemingly endless supply of brothers, cousins, and other doubtless distant relations from the inbred ancestral village yet whenever they were caught alone, these ultra-macho tough guys “mysteriously” clammed up before nervously stammering warnings about taking you to court for assault if you hit them.
Of course, not every Macedonian, Croat, or Serb exhibited such behaviour - just most of them.
One of my old man’s friends was a fully assimilated Croatian-born bloke who had married an Australian woman. Despite being very naive when it came to politics, he was one of the nicest and most selfless people I’ve ever met - which, of course, meant that almost everyone habitually took advantage of his good nature.
Hopefully, the “Belgians” shall come unstuck against heavily White opponents in the knockout stage, preferably as early as possible.
England (7 White starters) drew with Scotland (10 White starters) and the English media predictably stuck the customary boot in immediately…

By their technical definition, national teams should comprise players of the same ethnicity, who speak the same language, were born in the same country, and who therefore share the same culture. Immigration has always occurred, but in the past players of foreign extraction who represented the nations in which they or their parents were born were all assimilated and did not proclaim any ethnic pride or affiliation with their countries of origin. For example, French legend Raymond Kopa (who won three European Cups with Real Madrid during the 1950s) was an ethnic Pole whose real name was Raymond Kopaszewski. Kopa was born in France, his parents were born in Germany, and both sets of his grandparents were originally from the Polish city of Krakow. But Kopa was a Frenchman, represented France, and didn’t make a big deal of his immigrant background.
Unfortunately yet predictably, the overwhelming majority of the ”ex-Yugoslavs” (with the notable exception of the Slovenes) and Albanians who have been emigrating in large numbers to Austria, Switzerland, and Germany since the early 1990s have failed to assimilate within their host nations - a tendency that is only encouraged and exacerbated by the close geographic proximity between the countries of their birth and those of their parents. Such behaviour mirrors that of the Serbs, Croatians, and Macedonians here in Australia, where most of those groups’ marriages are endogamous and therefore produce second, third, and now fourth generations that tend to socialise almost exclusively with people of their own ethnicity. Migrants from Slovenia, on the other hand, have largely intermarried and even those that haven’t have willingly assimilated into Australian society and don’t spout any “old world” nationalist bulls#*t. I guess that must be some sort of unusual “coincidence”…
I view fellows like Arnautovic - who, despite being born in the nation whose colours they purportedly represent, ultimately identify with the ethnicity of their immigrant parents and embarrassingly involve themselves in tribal feuds and rivalries that have absolutely nothing to do with their national teams and teammates - with almost as much distaste as I view Negroes and other non-Whites. It may sound exceedingly harsh, but it’s all about principles.
With regard to Alaba grabbing Arnautovic's mouth, just imagine the uproar and hysterical metaphors had the situation been reversed…
As I conclude this post, Hungary and “France” have just played out a 1-1 draw, with Antoine Griezmann having cancelled out Attila Fiola’s opener scored right on half time. I obviously didn’t watch the game but was surprised that Hungary didn’t implode in the final couple of minutes in true eastern European fashion…
The Hungarians regrettably started Paris-born Negro Loic Nego while their opponents began with a comparatively numerous five Whites (Hugo Lloris, Lucas Digne, Benjamin Pavard, Adrien Rabiot, and Griezmann).
Poland play Spain at 5 AM AEST. I can only imagine the number of goals the Spaniards shall rack up despite the Polish "team" parking the proverbial bus. If you happen to fancy that you are hearing a faint echo of ghostly profanities floating upon the ether not long after the match has concluded, that shall only be me as I check the scores upon rising from my slumber…
