Gerren James, the 23-year-old brother of Colts RB Edgerrin James , was arrested Thursday in Tampa, Fla., in connection with a 2003 shooting that left a 19- year-old man paralyzed, the Fort Myers (Fla.) News-Press reported on its Web site. Charges against Gerren James include home invasion robbery, discharging a firearm, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, sale and delivery of cocaine, violation of state probation for the sale and delivery of narcotics and a bench warrant for failure to appear on charges of possession of cannabis. Law enforcement officials had been seeking Gerren James since the incident. A tip from Crime Stoppers led to his apprehension.
