While watching some kids shows with my family I have observed
in sit-coms, cartoons, etc, programs which invariably portray
black boys as the " Super genius" types replete with spectacles,
slide rules, inventions and the ubiquitous computer, or lap top near
by. On the other hand, white boys (if they are featured at
all) play the role of the rube: not too smart, dragged around by
the ultra bright and assertive girl (fill in race here) If you
get the chance, look for the same cliche' images and roles.
You will soon discover like I have that it is more than
coincidence, its brain washing plain and simple, designed to denigrate
the white man viz childrens programming.

That's been going on for many years now, though it gets more brazen and ridiculous all the time. . . I remember in school being told how black childrens' self-esteem was affected by negative portrayals of blacks. The powers that be now couldn't care less how many young white boys' self-esteem they destroy, in fact that's one of the major goals of current propaganda.

I am watching this new series called "24" with Keifer Sutherland every Monday night. The show is pretty good so far, but I findthe castequit interesting so far. There have been three blacks on the show so far. The first black character was theformer President of the United States,he was assassinated by a white guy, while trying to let people know about a terrorist plot about to be committed against the United States. The second black guy in the show is the Presidents personalphysician, and the third black guy in the show so far is the head of the Swat team. This guy has Macgyver like talent, he finds the empty bunker where terrorists had nerve gas stored. There are two dead rats in the bunker and by conducting Q-tips suaves of the dead rats saliva and a little help from his laptop computer he figures out that it was nerve gas that was stored in the bunker. Meanwhile the current President is a complete idiot, says and does all the wrong things- off course he is white. There are moles in the secret service plotting against the United States- of course they are white guys also- as are all the terrorists.

Although I do not watch " Adult" programming (only watch sports,
history, discovery), it looks to be no different from what they
feeding kids, based on your discription of 24. When the
Super bowl is over our cable gets cut, just as it has every year.
At that time, we hunker down and get back to reading books for
entertainment and learning. We do occasionally rent videos
and dvd's but they must go through our inspection first.
Most of the videos we rent are at least twenty years old which usually
assures their content to be moderately politically correct, rathar than
the blatant " Triumph of the wil" type of propaganda spewn out by the
media.

RenMan, what's wrong with "Triumph of the Will"? If anything, it is exactly the type of production that White families should be viewing over and over, especially the children. I dare say that no decent White person can come away from watching TOTW without his heart bursting with pride for his people.

Back on topic: black characters in any modern production will have brilliant minds, uncanny technical and engineering skills, compassion by the boatland, and hearts of gold. In other words, blacks on TV are as realistic as unicorns.

Quick: name the last movie you saw that featured a black villian who wasn't a comedic "criminal mastermind" like Wesley Snipes in that lousy Stallone movie from 15 years ago. Bet you can't name one!

SK, I was very surpised recently when I saw a sci-fi movie with a black villian. He was an assassin that ordered the murder of innocent people in the movie. Not only that, the hero was a white Han Solo type who ends up besting the villian in hand to hand combat at the end of the movie.

But outside of that, its been ages since I've seen a movie with a black villian, although I imagine those gangsta movies with a cast that is 99% black probably have black villians in them.

Although the truly criminal masterminds behind the scenes of the great heists and so on probably should be white. They're the only ones smart enough to organize something like that and actually pull it off.

Don't get me wrong, I used TOTW only as a basic premise in as much as
propaganda is concerned. I have not viewed the film, but
will out of hand say that I agree with it. Judge Dred may be the
celluloid suckatash of which you made mention with Wesly Snipes and
Sylvester Stallone. And no I have not watched a movie in a long,
long time in which the villian was played by (hear Gasp now) a black
man. I do not suppose we will be watching many movies that use
Mexicans, Asians, Arabs (why no movies about Arab terrorists lately?)
or any other "Minority" in the role of "Bad guy" That pre-canned
title is and will remain reserved for Whitey. By the way, anyone
watch " The long kiss goodnight" lately? Take care.

It's not even so much that there are no bad black guys in Hollywood; as
was pointed out, a black actor can now be some kind of super villian
(for instance, as the Kingpin in Daredevil). What really makes
Hollywood's world so absurd is its general view of crime. The streets
of big cities (almost always New York or L.A.) in movies and t.v. shows
are not filled with ignorant, vile and savage black thugs, they are
instead populated with absurd white street criminals, who often talk
like gangsters did in old Warner Brothers movies. These do not exist in
real life. Period. Yet no one in the kept press ever mentions this.
Even cop shows that are hailed as "realistic" do this; their cities are
not full of black and hispanic gangs, they are ruled by white thugs,
who must contend with all the black police commissioners and judges
that are always front and center in the productions of Hollywood.
Whenever I try to point out this stuff to people, they invariably tell
me to be quiet so they can enjoy the mindless drivel. Most people are
completely used to this propaganda, and are so brainwashed that only a
series of shows and movies telling them what we are trying to tell them
will make them understand. Even the show "Cops" has been effected by
this. In its early years, that show did a fair job of reflecting
reality; they still had too many white trash criminals on the show, but
most of the "stars" were black, as they are in real life. They must
have received pressure from the predictable black groups, however,
because if you watch any new "Cops" show, almost all the "stars"
portrayed are white trash. There are very, very few black criminals
ever on that show now. Anyhow, whether it's this kind of issue or the
Caste System problems that permeate the sports world, it will be
extremely difficult for us to educate the public.

I wonder if black actors ever complain about not getting good villain roles because producers and directors don't want to be politically incorrect? Or if they even notice that it's going on? Surely they must.
