When a player like Rhema McKnight goes undrafted I chalk it up to character issues.There is probably a whole lot of stuff that we're not aware of that prevents these guys from being drafted.In some cases all that nice smile bullsh*t isn't going to cut it when the dude is a cancer in the dressing room.Although the afflete is given plenty more chances than a white guy sooner or later enough is enough.
