Donate - Join?

I am curious if anyone experiences the same problem. When I go to the site map and click on the various entries all work fine except for the DONATE and JOIN options. I have Internet Explorer and get a message that begins like this:

Bart's right, thanks for the heads up, tech support has been notified of the issue. If you go to Help This Site in the upper left of the page, then Join and Donate work correctly when clicked.

Thats how I usually do it, but hopefully they will get the other links working soon.
