But then I didn't see his punch that KO'd Juan Carlos Gomez either. Does this guy hit so hard and fast that you can't even see his punches landing?

I'm calling bullshrit on this one. Doesn't look right.

Looked real to me. Clean left hook. Like I wrote above a few weeks ago, this guy has super heavy power. He'll clean out the cruisers and then go heavy after Wlad retires. Unlike Wilder, his streak is built on live men not dead men.

Yeah it was a clean punch. Just where it landed, and the way Palacios went down. Then he comes to exactly when the ref pronounces the fight over. Maybe some overselling with the woozy act once he's up. But I do respect Ambrose's opinions. He knows boxing from the inside, while I'm more of a Joe Sixpack.

I'm just so cynical any more about anything. It could be me.

Could be.

I watched the knockout over and over. I can't see the punch land, but I do see Palacios' head snap back.

Watch the replay from a different angle.

The KO is real, Kudryashov got him on the side of the head.

Yes, at the very end of the video they have different angle shots of the knockout, and the last one is the best. He's got a good nickname, Sledgehammer. Wow.

Is this Kudryashov guy the next baby jesus? Probably not but holy f*#k does this guy have a left hook.
http://www.youtubeslow.com/watch?v=GQJDkex74mo may help and take a look at his other fights.

Would be nice if the fights were filmed at 60fps or better, then it would be easy to see the movement of his opponents head as he clobbers them. His left is so fast and powerful it does not seem he is even hitting his opponent with much force, but try to get hit on the side of your head with a 20# sledgehammer flying at 65mph.

This guy's left hook is like CroCops left (and right) high kicks. Just wish he would get out of cruiser to get the recognition and fights he deserves.

The man with the punch so strong and fast that you can't even see it! He fights this coming week. Against the heavyweight champion of German Southwest Africa (now mistakenly called Namibia) and WBO African cruiserweight champion. The fight should last about twenty or thirty seconds. Even the Namibia newspaper isn't impressed with their champion.

Oh boy, cant wait for this one.

Im not sold on his Skills yet(as hes barely had to use any), does he have a good Amateur pedigree?

But i am sold on his power, Its Horribly Scary. He makes Beterbiev, Golovkin, and sergey look like they hit like kittens.

Plus i love how intimidating this guy looks...

"does he have a good Amateur pedigree?"

Like most, if not all, of the eastern european boxers, yes.

From Wikipedia:

At the age of eight he began to practice karate, and at the age of thirteen engaged in the practice of boxing under the guidance of coach Nikolai Timofeeva. In 2008 he was drafted into the army, he served in Rostov-on-Don. In January 2011, he won the VII Russian tournament "A" in the box "Spartak Cup", for which he was awarded the degree of master of sport. Kudriaszow finished amateur career, posting a record: 150 wins, 12 defeats.

Obviously a very clean left hook. The guy had a big red lump on his head when they finally got him on the stool. This young man is knocking out solid opponents like they are bums.

I think maybe you're right.

Here he is vs. Gomez, who once made it to the ninth round against Vitali. Twenty two seconds. (the actual fight starts at ~ 2:40)

I see that he was doing a lot of announcing on the Russian tv boxing show. We get ziocrap like little bug eyes and teddy atlas and negroes doing our announcing. Amongst other interesting people in attendence were Valuev, who is now in the Russian parliament.
