Just heard Dan Dierdorf make the following comment right after Brian Hartline (Dolphins) blew by a black corner to make yet another nice catch: "Brian Hartline continues to surprise corners with his ability to get by them."
It's a miracle! Or perhaps just a minor slip up by the corner. Certainly this must be a once in a lifetime occurence.
The media again perpetuates the stereotype: whites aren't fast enough, are not athletic enough, to play a skill position in the NFL, or anywhere else anymore. I can barely watch the NFL or college games. Just looking at the lack of whites along the sidelines or in the starting line up sickens me. A simple review/analysis of population numbers would lead anyone with half a brain to understand that under normal circumstances, it is statistically impossible to have so few whites on a team, unless it was done intentionally.
