Cut English classes for Immigrants?

I don't know whether to be happy about this or not, but check this article out:

Jeez Louise, things are already difficult in the USA, and these spoiled immigrants (mostly non-white) keep whining and whining. Go back to where you came from!!!!

Why do we want people from Bangladesh coming here. We don't need the worlds wretched. The only immigrants that should even be considered are hot white women. That will give white American born men greater choices.
