Former Notre Dame criminal running back, Allen Pinkett says that to be successful, a college team needs a few criminals (always black). Really. He says that's why Notre Dame hasn't been "successful", they need to get rid of all of the white guys and "thug up" the program!

You can read it here.

College football has been wrought with players — especially recently — getting suspended or dismissed because of a "violation of team rules" that's usually due to some sort of criminal activity. And former Notre Dame running back Allen Pinkett, who is also a radio analyst for the team, is totally OK with that. In fact, he endorses it.
Pinkett told "The McNeil and Spiegel Show" on Chicago's 670 The Score that having "criminals" on a team makes for a better product.
"I've always felt like, to have a successful team, you gotta have a few bad citizens on the team," Pinkett told the show.

I have been a ND fan since 1984. After they won the National Title in 1988 they did not play any white skill position players until about 2005. Then guys like Samardzia and Zibikowski came in and they are a very white friendly team since then. They obviously do not need a more black team when they seemed to have improved with all the white wrs and dbs they have brought in the last 7 years or so.

We will never know if having criminals or not is better for a football team because if they keep filling the rosters with black players there will always be criminals. If you compare the "incidents" of White players to black players you will find that black = criminal. So yes you have to have criminals. He should have added the more violent the better, because as we have shown time and again here on this site, coaches love violent black players.

Although it seems like BYU which has had few criminals (except an occasional black player here and there) has done allright with a 'criminal free' roster.

I recall years ago Paul Hornung saying something about Notre Dame not having enough black players because of their high academic standards. Hornung was vilified in the media.

I suspect this attitude is prevalent among college football coaches, not just negro Notre Dame media. These traitors (football coaches) exposed themselves many years ago when their spokesman Fisher DeBerry revealed their true feelings. I don't know what it is, but something about the profession of coaching taints and corrupts the hearts and minds of white men.

Paul Kersey of The Stuff Black People Don't Like website has done an article on this which mentions Caste Football's lists of White starters at Notre Dame:

The Dome is Still Tarnished: Notre Dame, Criminals, and Lower Academic Standards for Black Athletes

snippet: Let's be honest: Pinkett wants the Fighting Irish of Notre Dame to field teams that resemble the coal Black football squads of the Southeastern Conference (SEC). Caste football reports that since 2005, Notre Dame has started (out of 22 players 11 on offense and 11 on defense) 10, 11, 11, 11, 10, 10, 11, and now 12 white players, which is well above the average of the your typical SEC squad.

Last year, the University of Georgia started two white players in the opening season loss to Boise State (which started 16 white players); three years ago, the University of Florida secured an all-Black recruiting class, which now Ohio State head coach - then the Florida head coach - correctly stated was full of thugs.

But he recruited them all.

Of course, what Pinkett meant was "you need more black players." Notre Dame has had around 50% white starters in the last few years.

If Tennessee had 11-12 white starters, the commenters at the Knoxville News Sentinel's section on Tennessee sports would be writing, "We need more thugs. You need thugs to win, not choirboys."

The Big Orange DWFs would be demanding more thugs (blacks) even if they went something like 8-4 with 50% white starters, which is much better than the last few years.
