Cody Pearcy

The Atlanta Falcons picked up Cody Pearcy as an UFA. He ran a 4.31 and had a 44 inch vertical on his pro day. Has anyone been following this kid......I've never heard of him. With those numbers he would have been drafted in the first two rounds if his name was DeMarcus.....geez.

@Colonel_Reb: Thanks for the article on Cody. Hopefully, he makes the Falcons squad...but doubtful based upon their history. How does a kid that runs a 4.31 not get a single major D-1 offer coming out of highschool........

Maybe the Falcons will change their direction. They brought in Pearcy as well as Frey. Although I am still waiting for Kerry Meier to get a real shot at wr, as well Schillinger at safety.

Cody Pearcy was waived by the Falcons a few days ago....suprised me this happened so quickly. Hopefully another NFL Team picks him up before the start of training camp!
