Just saw this. Former lead singer of the rock band Three Dog Night has died. Most here are probably too young to remember Three Dog Night. My mother used play their albums when I was like 5 -10 years old. Loved their music. I believe they were the only band to have all three lead singers have number one hits. From 1969-1974 they sold over 50 million records. May he rest in peace.
Here's their first hit,"ONE." It peaked at number 5 in 1969. They had 3 number 1 hits and 11 top 10's and 21 consecutive top 40 hits!
