I don't know if you guys have heard to much about him, but he is the 25 year old Ace of the Dodgers staff. He just got picked to play in his first All Star game. He responded by putting up this line today
8 IP, 4 hits, 3 runs , zero BBs, and 5 ks. he had pitched 8 innings and given up 1 run before going into the 9th where he gave up a hr and then a double before he was pulled (the reliever allowed that runner to score). but in the first 8 innings he was dealing.
at the plate he went 2-4 with a sac bunt, a double, and a homerun, scored a run and had an RBI.
