This is just amazing. With all of the young talented white receivers who are out of a job,yet a relic like McCardell gets another chance. Hell, he's only 38. He probably has three or four more break out years in him.

Speaking of relics, last night on ESPN Monday night countdown some caste gimp predicted that the Rams would be interested in Ricky Williams.
 
That is the standard now though. For many managers and coaches, ANY black player is preferred over the best white player.

I've noticed this a lot in recent years, that weak black players are brought in mid season, while good white players who did not make it to the league that year are ignored.
 
Why not the Bears in the ring for washed up Williams their 1st rounder athlete Cedric Benson has a 3.3 ypc average? Stupidity if you ask me
 
As I always say the rare white running back is one black parolee away from the bench.

In the case of Rickey Williams he has proved himself to be a quality runner. Is his only problem the pot use? Has he had any felony run-ins? It's kind of stupid that a guy whose only fault is his addiction to weed is out of the league yet the many violent criminals get a pass and play every week.
 
no way Ricky Williams starts over Leonard. he's been out of real football forever, has no work ethics ot speak of and is a certified idiot.
