White Shogun..It's not PC nonsense to have a degree of civility in discussing these matters..It's obtuse to not understand the distinction between "beating somebody like a runaway slave" and beating "somebody like a red headed stepchild". Maybe I'm just a nice guy...A character defect I'm sure,but so be it. I also believe I have given sufficient credit to Calagze and Franklin in my last several posts. Nobody is happier about those victories than me but I don't have to demean the other athletes in those battles to enjoy it. I'm not trying to censor anybody..just stating my likes and dislikes..same as you.

I bet at least half the people who frequent or are members of this site were put off with that comment emt made.Most won't bother to post a disagreement but me and Devans did. If you find a certain poster offensive, do yourself and everyone else a favor and skip over their comments. I noticed devans initial disagreement with emt's post and I didn't want him to think he is alone here in his problen with the joke that was used. I have no desire to make a enemy of you either. This is just cyberworld after all. I just think statements about runaway slaves or blacks being compared to gorillas is beneath the dignity of this site and doesn't accomplish our goal of exposing and doing our part to bring down the caste system. That's just my opinion and it's probably worth only 2 cents..but there it is. As far as easing up on each other goes..I agree...no problem there. It is crude to refer to them as slaves or gorillas. Perhaps we should say he fought as if he were in bondage or African-Americans suffer from prognathism, the latter being a true statement. We must be more refined in our racism.

But seriously, both sides are probabaly correct in this argument. We should be balanced enough to vent and awaken newbies. That being said, I'm pretty bad about over doing it on the venting part as well.

I have no idea what prognathism is KG2422! But thanks for being objective and seeing both sides of the issue. I vent alot too while I"m watching combat sports but I tone it down when I post.

As far as the gorilla issue goes you have to admit blacks often look very primitive

Prognathism is the slanting back of the skull from the chin to the forehead, kinda like how gorillas' heads are shaped. It's a physical anthropology term. It's most pronounced among the Black races of the world, Australian Aborigines having the worst case of it. Caucasoids have relatively flat faces from what I know ,but I am not a physical anthropologist. I've just read a few books about it. Saturday Night was a good night to make a few dents in the caste system. A good win for Calzaghe!! Ace Franklin had a good win in the UFC!! Alexander Povetkin[Olympic Gold Medalist] KO'd Richard Bango of Nigeria in 2 rounds!! Zydrunas Savickas won the Arnold Strongman Contest in Columbus,Ohio for the 4th time!!{Savickas must be one of the strongest man of all-time}!! Also at the Arnold Classic Velicho Cholakov [Bulgaria] did a Clean and Jerk of over 500lbs!!!

We now have 2 whites in the top 10 pound for pound list (Hatton and Calzaghe). Whites are slowly taking over boxing. There really are no good young black fighters out there besides Jermaine Taylor (and I think he is overrated). All too often these great black hopes (like Jeff Lacy)are exposed as great black hypes.

That Povetkin KO over Bango was very impressive. Povetkin won the gold medal at the 2004 Olympics in the heavyweight division. In only his 6th fight he KO'd a 17-1 fighter (Bango) whose only loss was to Valuev.

I predicted correctly why Calzaghe was going to beat Lacy and I never said anywhere on the net the reason was his skin colour. The Guru's really showed their true colours this time-if you know what I mean. Anyway, isn't it interesting that Calzaghe has to beat a decent slugger to get on the Guru's pound for pound list! Oh, maybe I'm wrong, Calzaghe had to beat an American African to get on their list!
