During the Fox halftime show today (10/01/06), Terry Bradshaw got in a nice little dig on Mike Vick. Showing a clip on the Falcons deep in their opponents (Cardinals?) territory, Terry said, "Michael Vick, he's real fast -- real, real, fast" as Vick threw an interception into the end zone, which was run back the entire length of the field for a TD!!

If these broadcasters are allowed to express anything other than awe for the annointed ones, what's next?

He praised Urlacher as faster and a better LB than Shawn Merriman. I'm starting to rethink that maybe Bradshaw isn't so much stupid(as many people say) as not rabidly anti-white.

I've always thought Bradshaw would at some time be under the microscope for some of what he says. He's the closest thing to a sportscaster based in reality than any out there today. Maybe he's seen the blatant discrimination. However, I've always understood him to be broke, due to past marriages or whatever. So, he'd only venture so far for fear of losing his job.

anyone remember the time that on NFL Today Deion Sanders wouldnt shut the f**k up about ray lewis and mike vick: he was like "when ray lewis and mike vick are on the field you dont even need seats on the stands because eveyone will be standing up.." the before he could finish Bommer Eisesean (mispell) interruped him and said" ya know...id take Brian Urlacher and Peyton Manning over those 2 because you always pick them as the most exicting players" obviously Ole' melon grin deion didnt like it

Man, surprised to hear that about Boomer. While I absolutely despise Collinsworth, I've wondered about Boomer. Obviously, skin was on his mind with that remark.
Just might have to pay more attention to him, unless of course, he's had a talking to and now is in fear for his job.

How 'bout Flutie? Anyone with thoughts on him as a caste system sportscaster?

My immediate observation on Flutie is that he is not very well-versed in recent college football. He probably has not followed the college game for the past couple decades, not to the degree that a college football broadcaster should. He will get better if he stays with it.
