Brad Delp

One of the best vocalists in Rock is gone.You have to wonder if any of these musicians will have a long life.I'm sad.

Brad Delp did have a good voice. His career was already kinda sad, as he never emerged from Tom Scholz's shadow. He came along at the right time, with the right kind kind of unthreatening voice that helped sell hard rock to radio and the mainstream. Scholz gets all the credit; but Delp's vocals were as much a part of the distinct Boston sound.

As a guitarist and music fan, I really like Boston's sound. Sad to hear about Brad passing away.
