No. Not dissing The Thing. An OK movie, but I wouldn't put The Thing anywhere close to movies like The Hustler, The Godfather, The Caine Mutiny, Patton, and on and on....or 1980's movies such as, Raging Bull, The Color of Money... and I also forgot...

According to Box Office Mojo, The Hateful Eight cost $44 million to make and as of Dec 28, has only made $5,661,301. Not too sure if that constitutes a "flop", but it doesn't sound very good.

Some movies are less anti-White than others. I was forced to take my nephew to the movies this year. I picked Jurassic World because I read it was less anti-White than other movies.

This is what I meant when I said movies from the 1940's/1970's/80's were much better than the 1990's/2015. Generally speaking, movies were more wholesome then. They are more my taste.

However, if you favor all the things you mentioned, such as pro-homosexual, anti-Christian, anything goes, etc. one might favor the current era and the last 25/30 years.

BTW, a white Christian is always seen in a negative way in movies. Even in some decent movies like the Dirty Dozen. A good movie, but a serial rapist and murderer is featured quoting scripture. Remember, Telly Savalas's role as Maggot?

Yes, I can watch it over and over again. Many here will probably not agree, but Karate Kid is also one of my favorite movies of all time. I just love Ralph Macchio and Pat Morita. Also, anything by Spielberg during the 1980's was great like The Goonies, ET, and all the Indiana Jones films.

The Outlaw Josey Wales was the most enjoyable western movie of the 1970s.

I liked the original True Grit with John Wayne, Glen Campbell and Robert Duvall much better than the remake.

Two of the most pro-White directors of the past 30 years who have produced movies with positive messages are Mel Gibson and Ron Howard. Gibson of course produced Braveheart, The Passion of the Christ, The Patriot, and Apocalypto. All of which were great movies. We all know that Gibson has been pilloried by zio Hollywood because he and his father before him had the courage to say that the Jews control Hollywood and the US government, which obviously they do. It really is a shame that Gibson left his family, but there is no denying he is a great director and actor.

He is filming a movie now called Hacksaw Ridge about an American medic during the Battle of Okinawa who was a conscientious objector. It looks interesting.

Ron Howard's movies are pretty much always very positive and have a strong pro family, traditional values theme. Cocoon, Parenthood, and Apollo 13 were all very good. Cinderalla Man is an outstanding, inspirational, pro-White sports movie. I can actually watch that movie with my wife which is great. Ransom is a very good film which starred Gibson and was directed by Howard.

Cinderella Man also starred Russell Crowe, who is one of the stronger, more masculine White actors of the past two decades. Beside his great performance as Jimmy Braddock, he was outstanding in Gladiator, Master and Commander, LA Confidential, and The Insider. I didn't see Noah because it had a global warming theme, but it's probably worth seeing just for Crowe and the cinematic production.
