I think that would be a great idea. There'd be some pretty interesting debates regarding the White roster. For instance, Tom Brady wouldn't be my quarterback. I'd rather have Rodgers.

That would be the biggest problem. Getting everyone to agree on who's the best at each position. For instance, It would be difficult for me to let go of Roger Staubach and I could give you all kinds of stats on him and why he's probably still a top 3 QB of all time! However, he played in a different era and I may have to concede that Brady is the GOAT.
