I have a cable modem and the pages are loading slower than usual. Is this happening to anyone else?

I've noticed it being slow to load at times over the past week, starting before the board was upgraded.

For youtube videos insert the file name between the [tube][/tube] tags. For instance, the url for the above video is www.youtube.com/watch?v=uKt9T-27ZIg, the part after v=, in this case uKt9T-27ZIg, is placed in the tags.
