Blood Diamond

The problem with blood diamonds is they are outside the diamond cartel controlled and managed by DeBeers, which in turn is controlled by the Openheimer family.
Allowing these diamonds to hit the open market drives down the price. Just how much the price is adversely affected is debatable as only 5% of diamonds are conflict diamonds. But business is business, and margins must be protected.
If the welfare of Africans was the issue there would be a call for Africans to own the mines and openly market the diamonds, bypassing the diamond cartel.
And one would expect African ownership of mines to be the case in the post-colonial period. But as it is only farms are being subject to confiscation.

That's not true. The blacks are confiscating the mines. Look at South
Africa. In the last few years, they are requiring black ownership of the
mines, which will then eventually lead to complete confiscation. Their
storied gold production is way down--because with the black, non-
productive and non-business oriented hands in the business (they just
want the money), it imposes a huge burden to running an efficient and
profitable concern for shareholders. The grifters only make the cost of
doing business rise, and they lose to more efficient competitors. Also, it
discourages companies from wanting to invest there--easier to do it in
other countries without the heavy hand.
The black takeover of the farms has been a disaster--the blacks put in
charge of the confiscated land are just cronies and know nothing about
farming. So now the countries are importers of food--they can't even
grow enough to take care of themselves. Look at Zimbabwe. These
people ruin almost everything they touch! Its unbelievable!

Many people do not realize that the diamond is the most common precious stone. Rubies, Emeralds, and Sapphires all are harder to find. ONly the cartel keeps the price high.

Interesting to note a convergence of Jewish interests here. First, the economic threat from black-market ("conflict") diamonds, to be combatted by stigmatizing the origin of such diamonds, and second, the more fundamental objective of weakening white society through propaganda about the alleged exploitation of blacks at the hands of whites.
