I'm sorry I 'poked' fun at all the semi-nude pics of muscular men.

All I did was follow White Savage's suggestion: "Do a search for old-time bodybuilders and strongmen sometime, (both White and Black). Compare this to what you see in modern athletes. Look at boxers before the advent of roids. Now look at today, many boxers look more ripped than bodybuilders from the pre-roid era!"

I simply provided a visual demonstration of how old time and modern "natural" bodybuilders can be as muscular, or more muscular, than a boxer. There was nothing gay about it.

Maybe you should go up to a pro bodybuilder and tell him that his sport is gay. Be sure to have a friend film it on put it on Youtube. I'd love to see his reaction to your insult.

blacks look bigger and more ripped because of the color of there skin, this is way body builders tan their bodys. also, lets not forget the fact that slave blacks were bread to be large and strong. if you take a good look at real African blacks, you will see a few dominate traits. 1. they are eggplant black. not light brown or dark brown, BLACK! 2. they are tall 3. they are skinny. most Caribbean & American (slave) blacks have a dash of European or Hispanic in them. the lighter skinned black man has the best skin color for showing off muscle definition. hence, body builders tan!

as for muscle types, and I'll explain this in horsepower & torque. fast twitch muscles can produce high horse power and more torque, but for short periods of time. and slow twitch muscle can produce constant level of horse power with less torque for long periods of time. that is way Jermaine Taylor can throw fast short burst of strong punches for about 7 rounds and tires out. and its why Plavik can throw medium strong punches consistently for 12 rounds and never get tiered. most body builder are a mix of the two. a sprinter would be about 75% fast w/ 25% slow, a distance runner would be 25% fast / 75% slow and throwers would be around 50% / 50%.

Come on man, is this what passes for fact or fiction? This is certainly not scientific. Joe Calzaghe throws fast bursts of punches for 12 rounds every time out; he is but one of thousands of examples.

Also, just have a look at bodybuilding superstars like Frank Zane, the (Neocon) Austrian Oak, Big Lou, Dorian Yates & Mr.Olympia Champion Jay Cutler. From the olden days/pre-roids era don't forget legends like Georgia's own Paul Anderson (legendary feats of strength), & old time bodybuilding legends like Joe Weider, Reg Park & John Grimek. We have at least one troll, and that person is voting "yes" over and over again. It may even be someone who's been a member here for a long time, someone who usually pretends to be one of us.

I think he may even be a ghey troll, someone who loves black men and believes we're envious of them.

Why be envious blacks for anything? A lot of their sporting success is based
on manipulation, an artificial situation created by our enemies over several
decades. A fair number of blacks show muscle definition, but that's because
they usually have a lower level of subcutaneous fat throughout their body -
it's a cooling mechanism. Their fat is concentrated in the gluteal region. Fat
is more evenly distributed in whites. We're from colder climates. In shape
whites, defined whites, always look harder, more solid to me, especially in
person. Anyone who puts a poll up should expect trolls to weigh in, vote

Yeah Shogun, I think that happened a couple of weeks last season.


Don, when you set up a poll, it asks youif you want it so people can vote just once, or mulitple times. I think most polls, including mine, are set up for just one vote each. The problem is, the system forgets that you voted when you have been logged out for a time, so when you log back in you can vote again.
