Africans and football in the news:

West Ham United have suspended their director of player recruitment, Tony Henry, after he left them open to accusations of racism and potentially unlawful discrimination by telling agents in the transfer window that they don't want to sign any more African players.

After being confronted by Sportsmail, Henry made the shocking admission that West Ham do indeed want to limit the number of African players because 'they have a bad attitude' and 'cause mayhem' when they are not in the team.

Noticing things is bad these days.

Asked why, Henry replied: 'Erm, no reason. It's nothing racist at all. It's just sometimes they can have a bad attitude.

'We had problems with Sakho, with Diafra Sakho. We find that when they are not in the team they cause mayhem. It's nothing against the African race at all.

'I mean, look, there are top African players. There's not a problem with them. It's just sometimes they cause a lot of problems when they are not playing, as we had with Diafra. He's left, so great. It's nothing personal at all.'

Yet everything seems personal to Africans. Arabs too.

'But the likes of Sakho have caused mayhem. When he's not playing … he always wants a new deal. That's all it was. It was nothing discriminatory at all.

'I could say we get offered Russian players. I just find with Russian players that they don't settle in England.

'It's like Italians. How many Italians come and settle in England? As a club we are not discriminatory at all.

'If you've got too many, they all sit together and it becomes a situation where you can have problems.

Of course, it was pretty stupid of Henry go public on this but no one ever said football people are smart. Not only is it amazing how so many whites don't notice race differences but it is just as amazing, maybe more so, how many people don't notice how PC society has become then say things that are bound to get themselves in trouble. They must live in a bubble.

Overrated, crappy France players have been contaminating European soccer in the last 3 or 4 years.

Paul Pogba - record-breaking transfer for Manchester United at a cost of €105 million. He's a highly polarizing figure, leading the club to two 6th place finishes. Though capable of the spectacular and some neat tricks, he lacks the work rate, intelligence, and leadership qualities to be a top midfielder. He's similar to Balotelli in many respects in terms of attitude problems and lack of professionalism

Ousmane Dembele - signed by Barcelona in 2017 to replace Neymar for over €100 million. This signing has been a disaster. This player has been criticized for a lack of professionalism, showing up late to training, missing medical appointments. Though he's speedy and pulls some neat tricks, his performances are marked by a poor end product, inconsistency, poor decision making, poor final ball, and getting caught in possession. In addition, he has turned out to be injury-prone and has missed almost the whole of 19/20 season to injury.

Kingsley Coman - signed by Bayern Munich for €21 million in 2017. He's basically almost the same as Dembele. Impressive speed on the wings, but let down by a poor final ball, poor decision-making, inconsistency. His output in the Bundesliga is only 2 to 4 goals per season. Compare that to Ribery who routinely put up 10 goals and 15 assists per season.

Anthony Martial - signed by Manchester United as a teenager in 2015 for a massive €50 million. Although having impressive speed and athleticism, he has been criticized for a sulky, lazy attitude and inconsistency: poor composure in front of goal and lacking fundamentals like link-up play and first touch. He's often on the bench and will have 1 good game for 4 or 5 poor ones.

Thomas Lemar - signed by Atletico Madrid for €70M in 2018. He's an attacking midfielder who has scored only 3 league goals and is often on the bench.

Tanguy Ndombele - France international, an "explosive" central midfielder with "pace & power". Signed by Tottenham for €60 million in 2019. He has had an awful season, starting only 1 league match in 2020.

Moussa Sissoko - France international, yet another "pace & power" central midfielder. Signed by Tottenham for €35M in 2016, where he has been underwhelming and spent his first two seasons as a substitute. When he shoots, the ball ends up in row Z. He chases his first touch and has no vision. A headless chicken who has nothing but size and athleticism.

Tiemoue Bakayoko - Another France international, central midfielder with "pace & power". Signed by Chelsea for €40 million in 2017. He had a disastrous season at Chelsea, after which he went out on loan to AC Milan and is back to his previous club Monaco. He has been criticized for poor touch and ball control and reckless tackling.

Corentin Tolisso - France international, central midfielder signed by Bayern for €40 million in 2017. He has turned out to be injury prone, missing the entirety of the 18/19 season due to injury. And he has started only one match in 2020, indicating that he's low in the pecking order.

Eliaquim Mangala - France international, center back signed by Manchester City for a then-record €40M in 2014. Another player noted for "pace & power" and impressive physique. His athleticism is canceled out by his brain-dead positioning, being shaky with the ball at his feet, and lack of common sense. He played for only two seasons at City before being sent out on loan to Valencia and Everton.

Kurt Zouma - France international, center back signed by Chelsea in 2014 as a 19 year-old for €15 million, and he has failed to establish a spot at the club. He was sent out on loan to Stoke in 17/18 and Everton in 18/19. Owing to a transfer ban for Chelsea, he is back at the club, but seems to have fallen out of favor. He has started only 1 league match in 2020. He's yet another "pace & power" type who's awkward with the ball at his feet, has poor positional sense, and flies in with reckless tackles.

Benjamin Mendy - France international, left-back at Manchester City signed for a massive €60 million in 2017. The guy is made of glass and has missed nearly 90 matches because of injuries. His attitude is often happy-go-lucky and doesn't have the discipline and grit to succeed fully at the highest level.
Nice summary.

We used to have a French poster on here who would refer to these black players as “bodyguards” as their only impressive attributes were size and physique. He often opined that these players lacked proper touch, creativity, intelligence, positioning, etc like you are also claiming. It seems like years later nothing has changed. The Caste System in France overvalues black players at the expense of Whites and the idiot clubs reward them by overpaying for marginal talents.

Everton has had pretty disastrous signings this season. €85 million has been flushed down the toilet on 3 blacks, and the club sit in 11th place.

iwobi-1.jpg

24 year-old Nigerian winger Alex Iwobi was signed for a crazy €30m from Arsenal after 3 rather mediocre seasons at the club. In 29 appearances for Everton, Iwobi has 2 goals and 1 assist.

skysports-moise-kean-kean-everton_4760531.jpg

Also signed was 19 year-old striker Moise Kean from Juventus for €27m. He has scored only 1 goal in 32 appearances for the club. He's unsurprisingly got a **** attitude, too

https://www.sportbible.com/football...reason-why-moise-kean-was-subbed-off-20191216

Everton manager Duncan Ferguson has spoken in more detail about the controversial substitution of Moise Kean during the club's 1-1 draw against Manchester United on Sunday afternoon. Kean was brought on to replace Bernard in the 70th minute of play at Old Trafford. But just 18 minutes later the Italian striker was hauled off by Ferguson, who didn't even acknowledge the 19-year-old before he walked off down the tunnel.

"He struggled to get up to the speed of the game," Ferguson said. "I asked him to go centre-forward, then asked him to change to the right-hand side, which is unfair on him. That's when I said I'm going to put on a guy who can handle it a bit better. "I think it's understandable if you're a sub and getting subbed off. I can see why he's upset. But it's for the good of the team. I'll speak to him next time I see him, I'll mention it.

Everton striker Moise Kean was dropped for the 2-1 win at Southampton on Saturday after being late for a team meeting.

Ivorian Defensive midfielder Gbamin was signed for €25 million. He's made of glass and has not played since August.

Arsenal have been pretty disgusting this season. They have given playing time in the Premier League to 5 players from their youth team, and every single one of them is black. The club are currently sitting in 10th place, and the idea that Arsenal can compete at the highest with these crap players is crazy. It's possible that Arsenal are just advertising these players so that some mid-table club comes along and bids 20 million pounds on them.

Edward Nketiah - he's a 21 year old striker. He was an loan at Leeds United in the Championship during the first half of this season and could not get playing time. It's safe to say that he's not good enough.

Reiss Nelson - 20-year old winger. He was on loan in German club Hoffenheim in 2018-19 and started only 5 matches. He has started only 7 matches for Arsenal this season. He hasn't showed anything notable yet.

Bukayo Saka - 18 year old wide player, has played as either a left-back or left-winger. This player did make 37 appearances so far this season, so far he is looking impressive.

Joe Willock - 20 year-old defensive midfielder who has started 7 league games this season, and has not threatened anyone's spot in the lineup. His development is far below of Arsenal's Arab midfielder Guendouzi, who's now 21 and has started 19 league games this season.

Ainsley Maitland-Niles - 22 year-old right-back, serves as a back-up to Hector Bellerin. While Bellerin is only 2 years older than Maitland-Niles, Bellerin has made 100 more league appearances. I don't think Arsenal see Maitland-Niles as a viable, long-term starting right-back.

Tanguy Ndombele with Tottenham and Tiemoue Bakayoko with Chelsea - two absolutely disastrous central midfield signings in the Premier League.

Bakayoko was signed at age 22 in 2017 for €40M. After one season in Chelsea, he has been on loan in the past two seasons in two different clubs, AC Milan and Monaco

He fails at even the most basic control of the ball at his feet

Ndombele was signed in 2019 at age 22 for a shocking €60M. He has started only 12 league matches for the club and has quickly fallen out of favor.

Ndombele has got to be one of the worst signings in our history given the spend

https://twitter.com/WHL_Rozzer/status/1283493816297807873?s=20
Ndombele will get sold. Finances for a Jose rebuild. He won’t be missed. Glimpse of a player in there but lacks effort and motivation to succeed.

Eliaquim Mangala has to be the worst signing in Premier League history never mind City history.

https://www.itv.com/news/2015-12-22/man-city-defender-eliaquim-mangala-too-naive-for-premier-league/
Mangala's naivety, occasionally bordering on amateurism, has seen the Frenchman become a figure of fun on social media as he repeatedly fails to perform basic tasks.

The 33 Premier League games that have followed since have shown how quickly a rock can crumble under pressure, as he rapidly becomes the biggest liability in the league. The Frenchman’s dreadful ball out from the back in the last seconds of first-half injury time - generally accepted to be the most opportune moment for a psychological blow - gifted Arsenal the chance to double their lead and make City do all the subsequent chasing.

That alone was enough to seal Mangala’s evening as a torrid one, but there was plenty of time for garnish. Aaron Ramsey ghosted in on the hour mark to spurn a chance for 3-0, an opportunity granted to him only by Mangala’s curious interpretation of an offside trap.

Minutes later, Mangala’s evening was capped by the most schoolboy of errors - one that appears on the very first page of the 'Things Defenders Should Not Do' handbook - as a harmless Petr Cech punt upfield skidded off the Emirates carpet and comfortably over the defender’s woefully overcommitted leap on the halfway line. Sunday league centre-halves up and down the country sighed in sympathy, and his misery was complete with half an hour left.

Mangala.jpg

France center back Mangala made a €40M move to Manchester City at age 23. He was not an especially noteworthy player before his move, having spent 2 seasons in Belgium and 2 seasons with FC Porto.

He played only two seasons with Man City in 2014-15 and 15-16, and had a disastrous time there.

He spent 16-17 on loan in Valencia and 17-18 on loan in Everton. He finally made a free transfer to Valencia in August 2019.

Mangala has made 9 appearances this season. And Valencia have a record of 1 win, 2 draws, 6 losses with Mangala in the lineup this season, with 19 goals conceded.

In Bayern, Kinglsey Coman has replaced Franck Ribery, having arrived at the club in 2015. While Ribery helped Bayern reach Champions League finals in 2010, 2011 and 2013, the club have not been impressive in recent seasons. Bayern were eliminated in the round of 16 in the last two seasons. The biggest reason for the end of Bayern's golden period has been the departure of Ribery and Robben and the failure to replace them with talents of equal quality.

When Ribery was at the peak of his powers up until 2014-15, he was regularly averaging a goal or assist in every league match. Coman, however, had only 4 goals and 3 assists in the Bundesliga this season. And had 6 goals and 4 assists the previous season. This player is simply not good enough to play at the highest level.

Coman's end product is frustrating, lacks football iq sometimes. Thats why hes getting benched lmaoo
https://twitter.com/DanielFCB_19/status/1280839540308090880?s=20

Coman was developing a brain under Pep but his persist injuries not only slowed him down but made him only a pace merchant. His decision making is poor and his crossing and interplay as well as his end product is weak. Bayern need a better winger than Coman.

One characteristic about black players is that they don't tend to age gracefully. Typically, they seem impressive in the formative years of a footballer 18-21 years old. But they quickly plateau and fail to progress.

Balotelli will be a classic example: up-and-coming teenager at a then dominant Inter side during the late 2000s. His career peaked during Euro 2012 when he was only 21, and has declined steadily since then. He last appeared for Italy during the 2014 World Cup.

Gael Kakuta, winger from France, was signed by Chelsea as a teenager and was supposed to be an exciting player. Still only 29, he has now been on 12 different clubs across 6 different countries.

Daniel Sturridge was playing regularly for Chelsea and Liverpool between 2011-2014. But at the age of 28, unwanted, he left on loan to West Brom in 17-18. He then made a transfer to Turkey at age 29 in 2019.

Mamadou Sakho made a move to Liverpool in 2013 at age 23 after starting for several seasons in the French capital. At age 27, he then made a move to mediocre Crystal Palace in 2017 that often flirts with relegation.

Great posts Novice!

Here at CF, we were the first ones to predict Balotelli’s demise. His deficiencies were glaring, but the caste media so badly wanted him to succeed, that they ignored them. They did so that Italy would have a diverse star which could be used to usher in multiracial teams going forward.

Sakho was one of the least coordinated footballers I’ve ever seen. Terrible first touch and a clumsy tackler. I remember a former poster would refer to him and similar “talents” as “bodyguard”. On the field for the physical presence, not their skill.

Article about players that Tottenham needs to ditch:

https://www.football365.com/news/five-players-tottenham-sell-ndombele-aurier-sissoko

Spurs_Aurier_Ndombele_620_pa.jpg

Serge Aurier
There are just too many mistakes. It would be wrong to pretend there are no positive qualities to the Ivorian’s play but… there are just too many mistakes. It can’t work in a Jose Mourinho team and it certainly can’t work in this Tottenham team that so often makes scoring goals look such very, very hard work while conceding daft ones. If Aurier remains Tottenham’s first-choice right-back next season then something has gone badly awry.

Tanguy Ndombele
It’s not working out, is it? There’s clearly a fearsomely talented footballer somewhere inside that ever-growing frame but it seems unlikely Mourinho is the man to find it, nor that English football is the place to do so. That’s a great shame; Tottenham don’t have the luxury of keeping such a valuable asset on the sidelines. Ndombele would still fetch a pretty penny – he positively screams PSG – which Tottenham can reinvest in players who can run and that the manager doesn’t feel the need to publicly scold every 45 minutes.

Moussa Sissoko
Has been far from the disaster his first season suggested but it’s time to move on. Sissoko is simply too limited a footballer to be playing central midfield in a team with Tottenham’s ambitions. His unlikely partnership with Harry Winks has sort of kind of worked on occasion, but it’s clearly not a combination that is going to lead Tottenham back to where they want to be.

Gedson Fernandes
He’s only on loan, but there’s a whole year left of it and truly what is the point? His three substitute appearances during Project Restart produced 22 minutes of football in total, and he didn’t even make the 20-man squad for the final game of the season against Palace.

Defensive midfielder Renato Sanches was a disastrously bad signing for Bayern, signed at the age of 18 in 2016 for €35M from Benfica. He ended up starting only 10 matches for Bayern, was unwanted on loan to Swansea, and sold to Lille in 2019. He started for Portugal in Euro 2016, but then was playing for Portugal's under-21 side in the under-21 championship in 2017, this is a strange trajectory.

Manchester City spent a massive 58 million euros on left-back Benjamin Mendy, which has turned out to be a poor signing. In his 3 seasons at the club, Mendy has started only 32 matches, often missing out due to injury. It appears that he's fallen out of favor to the Portuguese Joao Cancelo, who has started City's 3 most recent games at left-back. City don't have stability at left-back, having used 4 separate players in that position this season, which speaks volumes about how poor of a signing Mendy has been.

Samuel Umtiti was signed by Barca at age 22 in 2016. He spent the next two seasons playing regularly. Yet, since 2018, he has practically disappeared due to injury and also competition from superior French defender Clement Lenglet. Now, he's being pushed out of the club.

https://www.forbes.com/sites/tomsan...fc-barcelona-claims-local-press/#6843fdfe4ef8

Samuel Umtiti will leave FC Barcelona this summer and is most likely headed for Italy, claims a local report in Catalonia.

Deeming the news to be official, SPORT says that, “The French central defender is not living up to what is expected of an FC Barcelona central defender” and “has already been told by the club that a way out must be sought”.

“Both parties, aware of the upcoming irregular market, believe that the best option would be a transfer,” it is continued, with a loan to an Italian outfit such as Napoli tipped as a good possibility for the World Cup winner if a permanent sale cannot be arranged.

“In Italy, with less dynamic soccer than the rest of the big leagues,” it is harshly written, “Umtiti would be more protected by his teammates and would not be as exposed,” as has been seen in La Liga.

Michy Batshuayi is a professional footballer simply because he's big and black.

He signed with Chelsea for €39M in 2016 and since then, he has made a total of 5 Premier League starts for Chelsea and had loan moves to three different clubs

France central defender Dayot Upamecano appears to have reached his peak. He was benched in Bayern after multiple poor performances. Erling Haaland has been routinely humiliating him now.

6 goals across all competitions and only 13 starts in the domestic league for Paris Saint-Germain does not justify Randal Kolo Muani's enormous transfer fee of 90 million euros.
