In 1999 black farmers won almost 1 billion tax payer dollars, now they are attempting again to drain the tax payers. Will it ever end!
If their suits are successful, the case could cost the government several billion dollars on top of the $980 million in damages already paid under the original settlement.

The suit is the latest development in the federal government's April 1999 settlement of a class-action lawsuit from black farmers who claimed they were systematically denied loans and other aid from local USDA offices

It appears that average hard-working American white will have to continue to work hard so that our nations minorities can have a free ride. This is sickening. When blacks and latinos are given loans they sue. When they are denied because they have bad credit they sue. Damned if we do and damned if we don't. The subprime crisis that is currently a large part of dragging our economy into the dumpster is in part due to laws requiring banks to give more minority loans. Now those "grateful" minorities are suing banks left and right for giving them loans that they can't (or won't) repay. The end result is that the tax-payers will have to pay for it.

Incompetent black entrepreneur sues whitey to salvage victory from defeat brought about by his own stupidity, laziness, and lack of qualifications?

Say it ain't so!
