The meme creator's true "crime" was that he once responded to CNN's criticism of a picture of Trump and the House members shortly after the House passed their healthcare bill a couple of months ago. It was 95% White men and 5% White women in the picture. The title of CNN's article was something along the lines of "This is what happens when White men are in charge".

So, the meme creator did some research and found out that almost all of CNN's upper and middle management as well as journalists, anchors, etc. were Jews. He then created an image of all of their faces and put it on the Internet and asked CNN why this is. So, that's the "crime" that he has to "repent" for.
