Wow - Japan has had 3 sprinters in the past decade who ran 10.05 or better - Asahara 10.05, Suetsugu 10.03, Ito 10.00.
I must say that is very impressive; especially for a small country. We haven't had any white guys in the US run those times ever.

We don't even have to limit it to US sprinters. Globally, we haven't run a sub 10.10 in 6 years, and onlyrun asub-10.07 once in11 years. And Macro's high altitude 10.03 would have been a10.09 at sea level.

That's crazy when you compare it to Japan having 9 sub 10.10's over those same 11 years, and blacks having 175 sub 10.10's in the last year alone.

its becuase japan is all Asian, if American was all white we would have sprinters breaking 10. its the Caste system at work here.
