yes, but real madrid has a good oportunity of winning the champions league though

No.
Not with Benzema in their lineup.
And since there is no way Perez will let Benzema be dropped(especially considering the fact that Jese is out for the rest of the season).

So emphatically-NO.

Real Madrid lost the clasico despite being the better team because of Benzema.

benzema's performance against almeria:

1397389946-benz-incredible.png

only 1 shot on target, and look at the easy goals he missed

3 easy goals missed in that game:

http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x1o243t_rma-alm-1t-gufy_fun

http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x1o24go_rma-alm-2t-gufy_fun

http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x1o25g0_rma-alm-2t-gufy-1_fun

meanwhile higuain has more goals than him with napoli, in a much more defensive league and while getting out of champions league in the groupstage

morata, the club's other striker, is being really unfairly treated compared with benzema
and it's showing, unfortunately for the club
after scoring 3 goals in the last 3 games, morata is now the most efficient striker in the spanish league, because he manages to score and because he gets so few playing time (only 282 minutes!)
he's litterally the most efficient striker in the league (minutes/goals)
but he's spanish, so who cares, except the spanish fans
to lower theitr anger, ancelotti gves more playing time to jese, because since he's not really a goalscorer he can't outshine benzema
morata will have to get transfered to an english premier league club to play regularly

the philosopher, i hope that your prediction about real madrid not winning the champions league will be right
benzema basically made them lose the league title already, not only with his misses against barcelona, but also in the latest games, including one where he was left on his own (ronaldo and bale injuried) against valladolid, and he disapointed everyone

BnhcoNOIcAAgTfP.jpg:large

but ofcourse he's also arab
i don't even remeber if i mentioned him in this thread
but he is very very overrated, obviously because ac milan want arab fans

They can't win with Benzema up top....just hope that Ronaldo doesn't have a blinder.

Di Maria had one in the Clasico but Benzema's pathetic finishing was enough to cancel it out.Unfortunately if Ronaldo is at his best,he won't even need Benzema,he'll finish it himself.

I really hope that yesterday's flop show by Benzema is the beginning of the end of his career at Real.

Surely a striker of the level of Suarez/Aguero will arrive this summer to permanently dislodge the Arab?

you might have heard about real madrid's resort island in the middle east, just one more proof that real madrid wants to develop in the arab-muslim world (like many clubs)
it was not a surprise, i said a while ago that they wanted to be popular in the middle east, and said it was the reason why they have quite a lot of arab-muslim players

there has been some talk about this resort island recently by the way, especially because of their logo:

the logo is at the start of the video
do you notice something?

compare it with the real logo:
Real_madrid_cf1.gif

they cut off the cross at the top of the logo....
they said they did not want to cause religious problems
maybe the arabs who come in europe will hide their hideous non-european faces to avoid hurting our feelings? :icon_rolleyes:
(the original article in spanish: http://www.marca.com/2012/03/30/futbol/equipos/real_madrid/1333103798.html)

Two years after frederic38 started this thread it seems Real's owners have decided the time has come to test their traditional fan base a little more on all this Christian heritage stuff.

If spreading religious intolerance is the goal, a Middle Eastern bank has scored by prompting Real Madrid to alter its world-famous logo so that a small cross does not appear on an officially-licensed credit card.

The Spanish soccer giant unveiled the adjusted logo that will adorn a new credit card issued by the National Bank of Abu Dhabi, reported The Algemeiner. The new logo looks exactly like the club's 83-year-old trademark, except for the absence of a tiny Christian cross that normally sits at the top.

http://www.foxnews.com/sports/2014/...-real-madrid-tweaks-logo-to-appease-uae-bank/

It would not surprise me at all if they eventually removed the tiny cross from their official crest.

and how about this obvious asian jersey designed by a japanese man i believe, with a dragon on it:

1409061532105_wps_9_Real_Madrid_s_Gareth_Bale.jpg

real madrid always claim to be a global club, so they take care of the arab/muslim public and also the asian public (by signing a player from the league the asians love the most, bale, and with this jersey)
they did the same kind of asian inspired jersey when they signed beckham
but it must be said that in this case it's not very annoying because i love bale and he's a very good player
if only he could take some of benzema's space he could win the ballon d'or i think

real madrid player a friendly match in dubai, a kind of fake competition played in the rich arab country, against ac milan
ac milan won
the big story was elsharawy:

https://en-maktoob.news.yahoo.com/b...ything-you-need-to-know-084247852-soccer.html

Stephan El Shaarawy – The Italian-Egyptian is a firm fans favourite and was mobbed by fans on his arrival at Dubai airport. Has been linked with a move away from the Rossoneri in January although boss Pippo Inzaghi insists he's going nowhere.

this arab guy hasn't done much in the past seasons and i imagine that the italian fans would gladly sell him to another club, but it seems that ac milan want to keep him because he's so popular in the middle-east

This whole event was pretty suspicious. First of all, AC Milan, a middle of the table team in Serie A (which is significantly weaker than La Liga) beats the strongest team on the continent (by far) and by scoring 4 goals - very strange. OK, it's a friendly match, but even in a friendly you don't want to get trashed if your name is Real Madrid. Second, this El Sharawy character who had a decent half season in 2013, but then dissapeared and isn't even stable in the first team, suddenly comes out of the woodwork and by coincidence scores 2 goals against Real in a game targeted for the Middle Eastern market. Both times virtually unmarked. Then of course Benzema gets his goal from a penalty. The players were not even showing emotions after scoring... I don't know, to me it looked like an exhibition match by the Harlem Globetrotters. Below are the goals. Btw. even the Italian Supercup (Napoli-Juventus) was played a week ago not far from there, in Doha/Quatar. I expect more and more action is going to be moving there in the future, cup finals, CL matches, maybe even whole teams. For the big clubs their fan-base is becoming a decoration and in many cases a nuisance. The TV and sponsors already are way more important than the DWFs.

yes it's really a match that makes you realise that soccer games can be fixed sometimes, it makes me think of pro wrestling sometimes
it's not the frst time that ac milan is mentioned in this thread
i think i said that they were the most arabised team with real madrid
i also posted about hachim matsour, the 15 years old arab player they signed
ofcourse he played in that friendly match
it's unreal the amount of articles claiming that he was going to be the best player in the history of the game when he was 14
it's very obvious that he's in the pro-group because he's arab and he's a youtube phenomenon

there are many players like him
a 6 years old arab kid in france became very well known and linked with the usual big clubs after gaining popularity on youtube
there is also the arab brahim abdelkader diaz who played for the arab owned malaga, and was reportedly signed by the arab owned manchester city at 14: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...-Abdelkader-Diaz-dubbed-new-Lionel-Messi.html

Some of these teams have very good "relationships" with sport journalists. You can see that when a team is trying to place a player on the market and suddenly there is a flurry of articles how Real or MU are interested in a certain player, so his price will go up. For example, look at the current circus around the transfer of Wilfried Bony, who is supposedly wanted by Real, City, Chelsea, Totenham etc. etc. Similar with these Arab kids who are all "new Messis". Bottom line, there is an incestuous relationship between the clubs and the sports media, they all have their friendly journalists, and many of these articles not exactly honest... and for the colored players, they are praised much, much more because they are used as "poster boys" for pushing multiculturalism (see Balotelli, for example).

and i forgot to tell that real madrid won the useless club world cup that was played in morocco, an arab/muslim country
so in a few days they played in morocco and in dubai

also there was this thing about barcelona reportedly thinking about dropping the "qatar foundation" sponsor because they support djihad:

http://www.timesofisrael.com/barcelona-soccer-team-set-to-cut-ties-with-terror-financing-qatar/

barcelona currently have another "new messi" of arab descent named munir el something
when he scored an useless, insignifiant goal with barcelona's senior team, the media all said in one voice how this guy was going to be the next big thing, how he was linked with every big club in the world etc

:icon_rolleyes:

why are marketing arab players so taboo?
we read about how bale's transfert was all marketing http://www.espnfc.com/story/1521935...eal-madrid-motives-behind-gareth-bale-pursuit
they said the same about beckham
i have also read the same thing about the south american players they bought, especially the brazilians

but i have never really read the same about the arab players, never explicitly

even in this article :https://en-maktoob.news.yahoo.com/business-sport-real-madrids-mission-070300759.html

titled :Real Madrid's mission to take over the Middle East uncovered

they say nothing about arab players
and they even say that kroos was bought because he is german:

“It sounds artificial but it’s a way of keeping the shirt sales high. Perez needs to have a good German player, a good French player, he needs to have a Brazilian... this is something that is discussed. They didn’t buy Toni Kroos because they necessarily needed a good central midfielder, they needed a German player who was better known than Sami Khedira, who could guarantee sales of X number of shirts.

kroos won the world cup and was part of the great bayern munchen team

maybe it's because they believe that benzema is french, and saying that he is obviously of arab descent would be racist?
maybe it's because as always criticizing a non-white player is harder than doing so about a white player? with all the anti-white agenda in the media

yet:

" The ethnically Arab players are highly celebrated across the region where the audience is hungry to watch them invade the international football scene.

While there are several players of Middle Eastern descent across Europe, the most famous of them are spotted in the French national team."

http://english.alarabiya.net/articles/2012/06/27/223116.html

so all they have to do is connect the dots

Maybe, just maybe, it is within the realm of possibility that Toni Kroos is better known than Khedira because he's a better player!

and i was censored on the bigsoccer forums for saying the truth about benzema
they look so clueless that i want to go back there and tell them once again why every season they say that benzema is going to be sold and a great striker is going to come instead, yet the opposite always happens

anyways here is the only time that i have read that benzema was a marketing player for the middle east:

jDDtvvlZq1FmX.bmp

in a book by a french journalist

"perez wanted to recruit benzema. he fell in love with the player but also saw him as a way to expand his brand in the arab world"

the top scorers in spain:

jQxEBteN5DLUC.jpg

benzema is barely in the top ten despite playing in one of the clubs that score a lot more than the others (barcelona and real madrid have scored around 80 goals, the 3rd team with the most goals scored has around 50)

but even worse, he has the worst minutes/goal ratio of the strikers of the top 10 (bale plays as a midfielder, and is criticised for not scoring enough, yet he's only one goal behind benzema)
that's because he is guanranteed a starting position no matter what happens, while in other clubs they have multiple strikers/forwards
the club's president made sure that he would get no competition in the striker role, buying hernandez the mexican who is known for playing as a substitute
yet even hernandez complained about not playing enough:

http://www.marca.com/en/2015/03/29/en/football/real_madrid/1427655923.html

in a normal world this situation would be discussed, but since benzema has been doing poorly for years now and everybody sees that he can't get on the bench or sold to another club, people have come up with excuses and theories to explain this unreal situation, like "benzema complements ronaldo like no other player could", "benzema is not a striker, he's here to pass the ball" etc

meanwhile real madrid have won only 1 la liga title since benzema's signing (in 2009), and it was because of higuain , when he was still at the club, not because of benzema

Neymar has been pants whenever I've seen him play.I'm surprised that he's up so high on the list!:icon_eek:

Now on to Benzema.......and its a surprise that the Real fans aren't revolting already after what looks like another missed title. It must be clear as day that Benzema never does enough, and the sale of Alvaro Morata, who looks to be a future Spain striker, must have told them the agenda on hand. And don't even get me started on that cross-less logo for Arab "fans".But of course the media is always saying "he links up well","he has an excellent understanding with Ronaldo".And Hernandez is only there on loan,he'll be gone soon.I doubt there'll be any competition for Benzema next season.
