To white rb,Forsey never got more than a few carries in his time in Miami.He rotted away on the bench just like when he was with the Bears.Give him or any of these other running backs a full season at the least to see what kind of damage they could do.Even with quarterbacks,they need time to develop.Troy Aikman was 1-15 in his first year.So should the Cowboys have benched him too or even cut him.Of course not.These kids never get a chance.You need to realize that!

If you think black players don't get years and many opportunities to develop, see Ron Dayne. If he were white, there is no doubt he would have been cut a long time ago. Even if he did win the Doak Walker award.
