A Richland County grand jury indicted Greene, 32, for disseminating, procuring or promoting obscenity â€" a felony â€" as well as a misdemeanor charge of communicating obscene materials to a person without consent.
These have to be among the stupidist laws ever written, you can go to jail for showing dirty pictures to a 19 year old, or any adult???!!!!

Considering the amount of obscenity directed at actual kids from TV, ads, music, and movies, it is hard to believe that they would go after a private individual for this type of thing. gay marriage = ok, sex pics = felony ?
