That’s a great list. I will always believe that Lemaitre could have been in the 9.7 club if he had a personality like Lachlan Kennedy! Either way it’s proof that guys all over the world can put down some blazing times and compete with the best.

The years they went sub-10 aren't listed but most seem of quite recent vintage. I didn't realize so many non-blacks had done so, very encouraging to see.
