I haven’t seen any games yet, only checked box scores. I’m assuming Saskatchatoo’s line is not as good as Toronto’s. He will come around. He is due for some big games here soon.
Good to see him have a good game. He may have started slowly for the first month, but hopefully momentum is gathering and he continues to churn out games like this (and better) going forward.AJ had 72yds rushing on 12 carries versus the BC Lions, he scored 2 tds, his longest run was 27 yds. He also had 1 rec for 7 yds
Nice piece on AJ....
In the top 15 in rush yards, there is more White representation than the NFL.After three weeks he is second in the league with 208 yards and this includes playing only a few minutes of the first game (concussion). I think it is clear he is the most talented running back in the CFL. If he stays healthy, he will win the rushing crown.
Saw Theis run against Wisconsin last year. Tough runner and he has soft hands. Believe he had 5 or 6 catches out of the backfield. In the top 15 in rush yards, there is more White representation than the NFL.
#3 AJ Ouellette.
#8 QB, Nathan Rourke. Former Ohio standout.
#12 RB, Travis Theis. Former South Dakota star appears to be the backup for Montreal. Averages 6.5 ypc to 5.0 for the starter.
#15 RB, Thomas Bertrand-Hudon. Must be AJ’s backup. Canadian born and played college ball at Delaware State.
