As a minister and a self proclaimed warrior of god i am appalled that the academy award for best actor went to a homo!!! Especially when Mickey Rourke ressurected his career in such an impressing way. Homosexuality is a choice and if my son turned out to be a homosexual then he'd hear from the backside of my fist more often then not.

Should we let our children and brothers be exposed to gays? Their taking over the media just like blacks and marxist self hating whites are falling for it. Being gay is wrong. Letting our children watch this is like opening the front door to sean penn and letting him rape my little son Andrew.

Sean Penn is the worst kind of millionaire liberal -- he'll judge ever little thing you do in minute detail, and will of course assess you negatively vis a vis his own lofty standards, yet never sees the hypocritical excess of his own existence, or the fact that smirking and furrowing his brows does NOT make him a method actor, just a BAD actor.

I'd estimate 75-85%+ of the junk on "Hellivision" is pure horse manure (with apologies to my equine friends).

Oscars are usually presented with an underlying theme. One year Asian ('Flying Dragon'), the next Hispanic ('Frida'). The best example was the African-American year when Denzel Washington (Best Actor for 'Training Day'), Halle Berry (Best Actress for 'Monster's Ball') and Sidney Poitier (Lifetime Achievement as a Special Negro) all won awards.

The 'themed' movies don't always win the big awards (Director, Movie), but they get awards they might not otherwise (Costume, Music).

This year expect 'Precious' and 'The Blind Side' to benefit. My money (literally) is for 'Precious' to win something major. Mo'Nique (Best Actress), Gabourey Sidibe (Best Supporting Actress), Best Adapted Screenplay, Best Picture, Lee Daniels (Best Director). This is the year of the Heavyset Black Youth Who Just Needs a Little White Help in Order to Shine Like the Precious Diamond God Made Her/Him to Be. Like a well-fed Haiti.

"Greats" such as Sandra Bullock (best actress for "The Blind Side"), "YO'Nique" as supporting actress for "Precious" and Christoph Waltz as supporting actor for "Inglourious Basterds." Gone are the days of deserved films & actors winning this now meaningless "award"...ala - Gary Cooper ("Sgt.York" & "High Noon"), John Wayne ("Rooster Cogburn") and George C. Scott ("Patton") and even Russell Crowe ("Gladiator"). Such are the days when outright cultural marxism is glorified to the hilt by the "Hollyweird" tribesmen!

The onlything about it that interests meis I was glad to see Jeff Bridges win for Best Actor. Any movie I've ever seen him in he plays his role very well, going back to "The Last Picture Show." He was great in "The Big Lebowski," a bizarre and funny movie that has obtained a large cult following since it was released in 1998.

Jeff Bridges is one of the last great American(white/gentile)actors left. I remember one of his first movies. He starred with Clint Eastwood. Both were career bank robbers. The name of the movie escapes me. The last scene of the movie where Jeff's character is dying from head trauma and speaking to Clint as he was expiring was a great all time scene. I highly recommend this film.

Yeah and "The Big Lebowski" film was classically funny. I never tire of watching it when a friend has it on. Remember the scene of the queer character laughing in a sinister manner? Jeff says to him, Hey man, who in f**k are you, man?"

The film with Eastwood was Thunderbolt and Lightfoot (1974). I also liked Against All Odds (1984) In that one, Bridges played a pro football wide receiver.

Thanks S.H. I also liked "Against All Odds" I loved the car chase scene. I travel that part of Sunset Blvd daily and always think of that case. Also, loved Rachael Ward in the movie. I used to have many dreams of her.

I have also visited the Mayan ruins filmed in the movie, its a must visit, however, alot more tourist at the locations.

Bridges' father, Lloyd of "Sea Hunt" and "Airplane" fame, was investigated as a Red in the '50s and Jeff has the same views or close to them from what I've read over the years.

As far as Gitmo, people all across the spectrum, myself included, are very strongly opposed to torture and just about all of the post-9/11 changes instituted by the neo-cons in both monopoly parties. Washington's new torture regime is supported mainly by neo-cons and Christian Zionists.

Lloyd Bridges was hilarious in "Airplane", "Airplane 2" & "Hot Shots". He also played Deputy Sheriff Harvey Pell in "High Noon". I also liked Jeff in "Thunderbolt & Lightfoot" and he was solid in "The Last American Hero", "King Kong" & "Blown Away" (with Tommy Lee Jones & Lloyd Bridges).

Jeff's starring in a remake (due out on Christmas) of one of my favorite movies..."True Grit". However, this remake is being directed by the tribesmen Coen brothers & produced by fellow heeb Steven Spielberg (& sodomite Scott Rudin), so I'm sure they'll ruin this classic with cultural marxist BS. Case in point, the Coens cast fellow yid Hailee Steinfeld as (heroine) "Mattie Ross".

Neil Patrick Harris did a dancey number that looked like he was heading his own coming out party complete with fancy dancers in nude hosiery.

I found Precious' Gabourey Sidibe to be incredibly sexy but I just got out of jail after 20 years. She wasn't the greatest one at this event but as far as Ones go, she was pretty great.
