Former Iowa Big Man Owen Freeman is headed west to Omaha. Creighton got a good one.

Also Drake Guard Bennett Stirtz will be following his HC McCollum once again. This time to Iowa City! Talking about him as a borderline 1st rounder! Nice to see the former D2 baller with some draft buzz!

Good hire for Iowa. I expect McCollum to have success while maintaining the good demographics. Bit disappointed that Freeman left, but Creighton is equally good with an easier path to the NCAA tournament every year.

Cluff seems to be one of the top ranked transfer players so a good get for Purdue!

Going through the top 150 list over at 247 Sports, it seems a good amount of our guys on the move. Some hopefully transferring up, so it shows how talented our guys are when given the shot in college. Contrast the recruiting lists out of HS, and you see they are way more biased against Whites. Here are some guys on the move not mentioned yet:

Tucker DeVries following his HC dad once again from WV to Indiana.
Treysen Eaglestaff from North Dakota to South Carolina.
Blake Buchanan from Virginia to Iowa State.
Brock Harding from Iowa to TCU.
Conor Enright from DePaul to Indiana.

Others that are free agents:
Josh Dix, Cooper Koch and Pryce Sandfort leaving Iowa.
Isaac McKneely leaving Virginia.
Nick Davidson leaving Neveda.
Henri Veesaar leaving Arizona.
Alvaro Folgueiras leaving Robert Morris.
Reed Bailey and Bobby Durkin leaving Davidson.
Cooper Schwieger and All Wright leaving Valpo.
Gabriel Pozzato leaving Evansville.
Christoph Tilly leaving Santa Clara.
Gavin Walsh leaving Binghamton.
Drew Fielder leaving Georgetown.
Dusty Stromer leaving Gonzaga.
Carter Welling leaving Utah Valley.
John Camden leaving Delaware.
Nojus Indrusaitis leaving Iowa State.
Gabe Dynes leaving Youngstown State.
Brady Dunlap leaving St John’s.
Sam Walters leaving Michigan.

Definitely better than recruiting Top 100 lists out of HS!

D2 Baller Alex Steen will be making the leap up this season. 19ppg at Florida Southern. 6’8 forward!
