I call her a little pocket rocket. She is just bursting with energy. Great fast twitch muscles with very good endurance to go with it. A huge
congrats to her as Warholm is declining she is rising. I still hope Warholm as a little left in the tank for the next 2 years before he retires. I know it's unlikely at his age but I'm hoping for him either way. Let's Go Viking Warriors!
 
Havard Bentdal Ingvaldsen is only 23. From what news I can get on him, he wants to rehab his injuries and compete again.
 
Jaeger is a beast. Next year she will be beating Pualino, she put Paulino under all sorts of pressure and dang near held on for the win! Well .done!! Klaver is as good as she is going to ever be. Bukowieka needs to stop running so many races, she is going backwards.
 
Jaeger is listed at 5'7" so she is not short for a female sprinter. Audrey Leduc is also 5'7' tall but much more slender than most female sprinters.
 
Jaeger is certainly a dynamo - let's remember that she is the world under Heptathlon world record holder from 2020. She's still only 23

As with Dafne Schippers, Heike Dreschler, Jackie Joyner-Kershee, so much of that strength and determination was formed in their multi event years

Hunt should be able to break the 22 second 200m time barrier if her 100m pb is sub 11 considering she is a weak starter in the 100m dash and is a stronger closer in the shorter race. She probably hasn't broken that barrier because on the circuit 200m dash races are less common. If she wanted to chase a sub 22 she could go to South Africa in the beginning of the season and chase the time at meet there with the altitude of many meets there.

Phijffers (44.41) is a great prospect too. His first 200m in the video were very moderate but he flew home. I wonder wonder what his coach might do about that. At 23 he is improving enough to make me think a sub 44 may come if he stays injury free. He races HARD too.

I'd like to see Hungarian Attila Molinar get to low 44s too. He's improving still at 24 and has a 44.47 from the Euro champs

at closer to 31 than 30 now it must be getting tougher for the Viking. I think he looks a bit "meatier" now than 5 years ago.
Dos Santos in only 24 and a rake. Warholm is 188cms and looks short in comparison to Dos Santos.
I agree about Hunt too. She looks stuck about 11 and 22 for mine. On a perfect conditions day she may well just break both those barriers - but not by much

Klaver always looks like that - a really decent 200m runner who tries for 400 but really needs a 300.
Can't seem to develop that speed endurance to carry her down the straight, has been trying for years - although mid 49s isn't hanging around
