The Poles seem to be putting Germany to shame in the world of track and field. Very similar genetically, but their athletic programs and government aren’t infected with the guilt ridden woke virus.
 
BYU comes from behind to win the 4x400m relay at the Big 12 Indoor Championships! Great anchor leg by Oblad to nip at the wire.

 
17 yr old Czechia's Tomas Horak won the 400m at the Czech U20 Championships.
His time of 45.64 is a European U20 record.
His 20.65 200m is also a European U20 record.
 
Bozhidar Saraboyukov of Bulgaria is the world's leading long jumper at the moment, 8.45m (27'-8-3/4")
However, he used to also be a high jumper.
Yesterday, he participated in his first high jump competition in 5 years, and jumped 2.28 meters (7'-5-3/4")!
That's tied for the 8th highest jumper in Europe this season.
The kid has springs.
 
That's an interesting stat on the Boz. He probably has the best high jump/long jump combination marks in track and field history.

Hristo Ilieve ran a new personal best time of 6.51. Wow are these guys flying!

Everyone is talkign about Hristo Ilieve the 21 year old who is tied for the fastest time in Europe with a 6.51 over the 60 meters!

I want to point out his 20 year old teammate Nikola Karamanolov who has already run 6.60. He is alot taller and takes a little longer
to get up to top speed but he is equally talented. Watch both of these Bulgarian Speedsters closely outdoors this summer!

yes, I was thinking that the taller man beside him was if anything getting a little closer near the finish- certainly not losing ground. But from that angle it was difficult to be sure

The 60 Meters Hurdles Indoor Record Time is only a tenth of a second away at 7.27! Maybe next year he might break it. There
are very few men to ever run faster indoor in the hurdles. Szymanski is a very elite talent!
