I figured it was time to start a thread for the 2025 track results. As usual I'm excited for a new season both indoors and outdoors! A new name to keep an eye
on is Abel Jordan. He is a sophmore at Cal State Fullerton. He has a p.b. of 10.19 in the 100 but runs many events. He has already ran a 6.62 indoors this winter.
Just another new name that we can follow and root for.

its a good opening time for her but she will go much faster in the next few months. She is capable of 7.00sec or under

Coby Hilton opened up his indoors season today with a win in a time of 6.63! He will go much faster in the next couple of months
as he showed all last year indoors dominating most races he was in!

21 year old Aussie Lachlan Kennedy just ran a 6.55 60 metres to be only 0.03 off Shirvington's record and equals Rohan Browning's 6.58 from a few years ago. Let's see how Browning can respond. Wind only 0.4 so it was a very honest time.
Lachlan set a legal PB last June of 10.20 at age 20 after a slightly windy 10.15 the same month.
He was also on our 38.12 second 4 x 100 team in Paris so they're blooding him well.

here's his interesting biography. He was playing rugby for 10 years and switched to athletics only 2 years ago

IAAF decision to include outdoor 60m races in the world 60m categories is a great one for us because we have no indoor tracks in Australia - 60m races should be a great sharpener leading into the 2025 season 100m races. A lot of sprinters are showing interest.

This is a little late, but Andre Korbmacher ran 7.70 60-meter hurdles for second place at Clemson's Invitational meet. In high school, Korbmacher was an excellent 100 and 200-meter sprinter. I don't know why he is not running at least one at Florida State.

I've talked alot on this board about Marek Zakrzewski of Poland and his immense talent over both the 100 & 200 meters.

I want to bring some attention to a young Lithunian Sprinter by the name of Adas Dambrauskas. This kid is still only 19 years
of age. His personal bests so far are 6.64, 10.29 and 21.28. He opened his season up a day ago with a time of 6.66 in the 60 meters
which is close to his p.b. of last year. I see this kid breaking into the 6.50's this indoors and hopefully times of 10.15 to 10.20 outdoors.
Adas Dambrauskas won't be 20 until June 1st, 2025 so he has plenty of time to continue getting both stronger & faster. Keep a close
eye on him over the shorter sprints.
