South Carolina has started 6, 6, 6, 5, 4, 3, 3, 3, 6 5, 5, 4, 3, 3, 2, 1, and 3 whites. The team looks to start 2 in 2025.
A pathetic team made all the worse because of the hype going towards LaNorris Sellers. It is true that he had some impressive games on the ground last year; however, even the casual observer should be able to tell that the passing game is clearly a work in progress at best. I feel like the DWF hype has been especially annoying towards Sellers this offseason (even more-so than the usual hype). It is interesting to compare the hype of Sellers to the relative lack of attention/media hype surrounding Cade Klubnik of Clemson. Klubnik rushed for only 200 less yards yet had significantly better passing statistics, in addition to winning more games and leading his team to the playoffs. The only real player of note is safety David Bucey, who may be in line to continue the recent SEC practice of having a white safety on the field.
