These times by these youngsters especially in the distance running is just incredible! Never in my life have I seen so much talent and at such
a young age for so many of these men and women! Can't wait to see Cameron Myers run.

You can thank his coach who many times seems like more than that. Like I've said she did ok but if he stays with her he will continue to
be average to slower & slower in my opinion. Remember how loyal Lemaitre was to P. Carraz? The same with Tortu and his coach. What
can you do? It's up to them to decide who they trust coaching them and who they are comfortable with.

From my sources I hear Matthew Boling will be entered in the mens 400 meters this Friday at the USATF New York City Grand Prix. I
haven't seen any start lists yet so I can't confirm this. He may try to make the US Team in the 400 which is almost as difficult as in
the 100 or 200 meters. At this point I understand he is kind of a little desparate. Can't blame him but it's been my fear all along that
they would move the best white US Born Sprinter we have ever seen to the 400 or even the 800 meters. To be honest I think I would
prefer he just goes to Europe for experience so he can run both the 100 and 200 meters to try and get his confidence and form back. That
probably won't happen but if it's the 400 only for now I will still root for him. Hope next year is different but I think most people around
him are like the anti white track fans all over youtube begging him to leave the 100 & 200 meters. It's not because they wish him well either
in my honest opinion. Maybe not all but most. I've seen so much hate from the fans commenting on his races.

That is really disturbing news. It's amazing the way the system ruins white American sprinters. The caste system is sooo strong here. Our best hopes will probably come from Europe, Australia and South Africa.

Cameron Myers just ran 2nd in Germany with another huge PB - 3.36.10 1500 metres just a week after turning 17.
This moves him from 24 to 11 on the World All-Time under 18 list
 
There are a some European Teams that keep their Track & Relay Teams Traditional. It's about tradition, morals, culture

Hungary, Poland, Serbia, Russia, Iceland, Slovenia, Czech Republic and a few others but every year we see more and more
of these once proud European Nations going against their homeland in sports and in everyday life. It needs to stop as whites
make up only about 10 percent of the whole world. We must protect ourselves and nations from being genocided off the earth.

I was happy to see Hungary win this race as I've often said if I didn't live in America I would probably live in Poland or Hungary.

They're mostly from countries that wouldn't ever have a team qualify for a major world event.
In isolation, 39 seconds for a relay looks fast and is full of fast men at a good club level with maybe 1 or 2 a bit above. It's also great for their hometown kids to see and be encouraged by.
 
Jan Volko wins the 200 meters today with a nice 20.53 into a negative 1.0 wind! Have to give him credit as this last month or so is
the best he has looked in about 4 or 5 years. The 200 meters is not his main event which makes the time even better.

Patrizia Van Der Weken ran a new National Record Time of 23.19 to easily win her heat. She ran an 11.02 just a little over a week ago!

In the other womens 200 meters it was a little faster Olivia Fotopoulou of Cyprus ran a 22.71 for a new personal best. Alexa Sunyan of Hungary
was 2nd running a time of 23.25. Tetiana Kaisan finished in 3rd place with a 23.28.

The Mens and Womens 100 and 200 Meters starting tommorow should be alot faster! Here is the mens lineup. My only
complaint is I would have loved Henrik Larsson to be in there too! Other than that if the conditions are good I see fast times
and some new personal best possibly. It's been a long week waiting but we are almost there now!

Polyniki Emmanouilidou is a 20 year old sprinter from Greece. She has already run 11.21 so maybe some Greece Lightning to watch out for!

Ewa Swoboda wins the womens 100 meters title.in a time of 11.09 +0.1 with Rani Rosius 2nd in a time of 11.20 for the silver for Belgium!
 
The 100 meters was not what we had hoped for. Glad Ceccarelli won but I feel bad for Kopec!

Samuelle Ceccarelli wins with a 10.13 +0.6 to equal his p.b. He really faded over the last 20 to 30 meters in my opinion. Glad
he won the gold though but I expected more. The Speed endurance just isnt' all there yet. Patience but I thought 10.05 at minimum.

Dominik Kopec had a great start but then tightened up. He was in 2nd at about the halfway point but faded back to 4th place in a 10.21. You
could tell he was just disgusted with his form and his overall race. It wasn't his start but the middle and finish that did him in. Very suprised
to see this veteran sprinter run so poorly at home.
 
if you have a chance to re-watch the race you will see Ceccarelli lose his step and tightens up which cost him close to 10 flat, it is very noticeable. Kopec like I said quit when things didn't go well for him, probably too much hometown pressure.....

I see one stride in the middle of the race where it appeared a little of a miss step but it wouldn't have effected his time that much. If the race
was a little longer like 105 meters Ceccarelli loses. His speed endurance wasn't there with or without the mis step.

I don't see Kopec giving up. He just got outgunned to be honest.

No disrespect though as we all see races a little different. You have a vast track knowledge like some of us here.
 
I think Ceccarelli was running out of steam a bit, and also mis-judged the finish line, and started to flail at the end due to both.
Otherwise, I think he would have been closer to 10.05.

It's way too early to pass judgement on Samuel Ceccarelli as it's only his 2nd race of the year and it's almost July. His
schooling to become a lawyer also has occupied so much of his time over the last 4 years plus. He is a bright young
man with a great future on or off the track.

That being said. Best case scenario I see him going sub 10 this summer and possibly making the semi finals or finals at the
world champs if he can increase his speed endurance. HIs first 60 meters is as good as the top 1 percent of sprinters and they
all are sub 10 guys. His top end speed is good too but his speed endurance lacks alot right now. He is a short compact guy
so fatigue shouldn't be that big a problem with working to increase his stamina & speed endurance.

Worst case scenario. He is another Richard Kilty type that can't finish races. This is possible but it's way too early to say anything
even though I do see some simularities. I think his top end speed is faster than Kilty. He is like a bullet out there. Just has to sustain
that speed endurance longer. One last thing. He runs relaxed for the most part even when he is fading. Very good sign!
