Since 2014 the Bobcats have started 8, 6, 5, 7, 5, 5, 5, 8 and 6 whites. Another year of 6 after even with them being one of the "transfer portal" teams with near 100% turnover as new head coach GJ Kinne comes in.

Dark squad overall but good depth overall in the receiving and linebacking core.

Offense
Joey Hobert - WR
Konner Fox - TE
Caleb Johnson - LG

Defense
Sam Latham - DE
Brian Holloway - LB
Ben Bell - LB

Two Deep
Drew Donley - WR
Beau Corrales - WR
Titus Lyons - TE
Alex Harkey - OL

Big upset over Baylor. The quota is being lauded but Hobert was an instant star in his first FBS game as a starter!

Thanks for the write up Claimjumper! Nice way for the Texas State Bobcats to open the season; a big victory over Baylor!

Lincoln Pare was slated to be the "starting RB" ; But had a knee injury Summer camp to end the season.

That was the best catch I’ve ever seen. Way better than odell’s catch that bought him an extra 5 years in the league

So he showed speed, Hand eye coordination, and terrific agility. Imagine if the kid had some upside or oily hips?
