Since 2005, the Yellow Jackets have had 6, 6, 7, 5, 6, 3, 7, 6, 4, 6, 5, 4, 7, 9, 8, 5, 4, 4 and 4 white starters. Ga Tech projects to start 5 in 2023.
Cupboard is pretty bare at Ga Tech although they have never been much of a White friendly team (no double digit starters since the write-ups began in 2005). The most notable changes are in the QB depth chart where Haynes King transferrd in from Texas A&M and the overrated black quarterback Jeff Sims transferred to Nebraska to be the new savior.
Players to look out for include QB Zach Gibson, TE Luke Benson, TE Dylan Leonard, LB Austin Dean
