I know no one is watching this crap game. Raiders/Jags..
Nate Cottrell getting garbage time action.
Nate catches a TD pass late, beats a safety...You guys can predict this sh!t.
The next pic you see is random white LB #54.
Random white LB #54 had nothing to do with the play, but as usual, crappy film crew shows his face.

Zach VanValkenberg was the random #54 guy......Iowa legend...
Nate ended up rushing in for the two pointer, as well....
It means nothing, of course.
Nall crushed in these situations to no avail....

It would great if they would see the similarities between Nate Cottrell and Danny Woodhead. I think Nate could possibly be even better. We will probably never know as even a few carries is preseason is about all they will give him. It's
just so frustrating to see this crap decade after decade with no pushback yet no fans outside of us question it?

What makes things worse about Nate is that even the new Madden ratings acknowledged his speed and he is the fastest man on the roster.

Nate Cotrell’s reward for being productive in a preseason game is getting cut today.

So the Jags cut the fastest player on their team and one of the fastest players in the NFL but the best players play right? It might be a blessing in disguise if one team can see his talent and capatalize on it. Good luck
to Nate. He deserves better as do all of our guys.

I believe Cottrell was waived with an injury designation, so if he isn’t claimed then he will be placed on the Jaguars IR. But I think they can still release him with an injury settlement. I noticed he got injured in the game but kept playing, wonder how serious the injury is.

I watched the game, I recall him trying to shake off a hit....He left the game for a short spell, then came back in, I believe......Hopefully not too bad.
