Two weeks before the PGA Championship we have The Wells Fargo Championship here in Charlotte, NC. Always a challenging course and many of the biggest names are here. Weather is perfect. Sunny and 70 degrees.

Fifty year old Phil Mickelson with a two shot lead over Keegan Bradley and K. Lee. Mickelson playing well early on one of the most difficult courses on the PGA Tour.

Going into round four here are the leaders:
1. K. Mitchell -9
T2. McIIroy -7
T.2 Woodland -7
4. List -6
5. Bradley -5
First round leader Phil Mickelson has fallen all the way back to T.69. He's at +7.
The winner should come from one of these five. However, Quail Hollow in Charlotte is one of the toughest courses on the PGA Tour. Could make for an interesting afternoon finish.

Rory ends an 18 month drought without a win and takes the tournament by one stroke. It's his 19th PGA Tour win and is the first tournament he's won three different times. Good to see him back on top! He was certainly the people's choice among the large, maskless gallery in Charlotte. It felt pretty close to how golf was before the lockdowns began.
