Well the Mavs lost but the clippers are a great team. They may very well win it all if Leonard stays healthy. Of course Kennard has to come in and hit 3 triples in limited minutes.

Yeah, Dallas needs a deeper bench... they need the role players who can come in and hit shots. Maybe that will be JJ Reddick next season. I do really like when they go big and have both Porzingas and Boban in together. Boban proved he should get more consistent minutes each game. Instead of 10 minutes of play, I’m thinking 15-20 each night. He always shows up. Hopefully next year Porzingas stays healthy and rediscovers his aggression. He is so talented.

Doncic is a top 3 player in the league.

I understand Doncic and Porzingas don’t really like each other and that is a problem. They need better chemistry. It’s a shame two white superstars (or potential superstars) cannot see eye to eye. I do think the rotation of including Boban more to scoop up rebounds and provide a post presence is good for Porzingas. Luka has essentially become a point guard.
Would love to have JJ Reddick involved as a spot shooter and then adding another white spot shooter as well. Hope they can keep Hardaway Jr next season too as he is a heckuva player.

It was great to see the Atlanta Hawks beat Philly on the road today. Bogdanovich had 21 pts, Huerter 15 pts and Gallinari with 9 points. They
now lead 1-0 in the nba playoffs second round.
It would have been sweet if either Bogdonovich or Gallinari would have signed with the Mavs yet they decided to go to the hawks where the all play the same position as Huerter. Sometimes white men are their own worst enemy.

Reddick maybe could have been the difference maker in this series had he been healthy. They needed another shooter besides Luka and Hardaway. I agree they have to resign Hardaway jr.

It's sad to see the Nuggets go down 2-0 to the Suns. They now go back to Denver for games 3 and 4. They are in a must win situation. If they lose either game at home this series is over. I really am happy
that Nikola Jokic won the MVP as he was the clear favorite and he deserved it. I just want to see the team also do better. It would suck to see them get knocked out in the 2nd round after the Mavs lost
in the first round. Let's hope the Nuggets can bounce back in a big game 3 this weekend!

Yep Boston is giving in like everyone else. This hire makes me sick. Hire the best guy not just the best black guy. I have no idea what team to root for in these playoffs anymore.

To be honest, other than Luka, this has been a quite boring playoffs. A bunch of injuries, and just no intriguing stories or matchups. I’m a lifelong basketball fan, and I can’t find a reason to watch. So, I can’t imagine the casual fan wasting any time with it.

Boston will more than likely hire a black coach to please the commissioner and the ESPN talking heads. But if you look at their past history they have hired 5 black coaches with 2 of them winning NBA championships, Bill Russell and K.C. Jones. But that's not good enough these days, it's black now and black from now on.

Remember Ashli Babbit.

Atlanta could have finished it off tonight in game 6 at home. They lost a close game and now will have to win on the road at Philly to advance to the Eastern Finals. It reminds me of Dallas and how they lost
at home in game 6 in the first round with a chance to clinch the series. Hope the Hawks can bounce back. We shall see on Sunday. Hoping Utah can stay alive to force a game 7 as well on Sunday but they have
to win tonight.

Rough choke job from Utah against an under-manned Clippers team down its best player. Joe Ingles didn’t put up much stat-wise all playoffs, which is a shame because he’s such a crafty scorer.

The Hawks are down to the wire now and still getting significant contributions from all three of their white players. Apart from them, it’s basically just Joe Harris on the Nets, which is not enough for me to support let alone tune in.

In some abstract comedy, Chris Paul was thrown into corona quarantine and has to miss at least ten days for Phoenix, which will definitely include Game 1 of the west finals. The NBA is extremely opaque with this stuff, but rumor has it that Paul “broke safety protocol” by going into the stands in Denver to hug his family, who had travelled to watch him. Lucky for Paul, he apparently got “the vax” and followed the science, so he only has to miss 10 days instead of 14. I am not aware that he actually tested positive for anything.

So happy that the Hawks closed out the series. Gallinari had 17 pts. The only bad part is that Bogdanovich has really struggled with his shooting. Trae Young was even worse but a win is a win. The eastern finals should be great!

There it is. They didn't even bother to interview any whites, even with Rick Carlisle available.

DWFs in the comments saying it should have been the hyped up woman coach.

The Atlanta Hawks blew out the Milwaukee Bucks tonight to even the series at 2 games a piece. They are two wins away from a trip to the NBA Finals.

All of our guys played good:

Bogdan Bogdanovich 20 points, 3 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals.
Kevin Huerter 15 points, 6 rebounds, 7 assists and 1 steal.
Danillo Gallinari 10 points and 2 rebounds in only 19 minutes.

Keep it going Hawks. This is great. Our guys are playing very well. The NBA would hate a team with 3 white stars.
